We called for an early check-in and they were very accommodating. The front desk person (possibly manager) was one of the nicest people we have ever met. He and another employee provided lots of great information regarding the area. They made us feel special and every time we encountered staff they were beyond pleasant. Facility was super clean and we will definitely be coming back.

Positive: Room was very spacious and clean. Love that the room has a kitchen with dishes and pots. I enjoyed my stay very much and will stay here again. Negative: Rooms could use more dishes and silverware in them. No oven in them. Shower pressure could be better. And as a housekeeper myself, I think the hotel should have stayover service more than once every seven days.

This hotel is wonderful. Not only are the rooms nice, but the service is excellent. We travel with our dogs and they are pleasant, professional, and accommodating of our needs. In return, we make sure to leave our room neat and tidy and not cause extra cleaning work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sioux City, whether staying awhile or just passing through.

I stayed here during the super sub-zero week. No matter the super cold outside, inside this hotel was warm and cozy and quiet. Friendly staff. Great location. Mattress didn't quite measure up to normal Candlewood standard though. Only complaint. Will stay here again!!

I wasn't sure what to expect as we have never stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised that our room was like a little apartment! I could live there. The only negative thing was an odor that did not agree with my allergies. I located a scent plug-in and unplugged it. We turned the AC on for an hour or so and it helped to dissipate the smell. I had a headache from it going to bed but woke up feeling great! We would definitely stay here again!!

The TV in my room was set to Spanish and the remote was a generic one not made for the LG TV so I could not use it to fix the language problem. I had to go to the front desk to get a new remote which turned out to be the same kind. When I tried to explain this to the young lady behind the counter she acted like I was an idiot. This of course upset me so my voice did raise a little and she then threatened and tried to have me removed from the hotel. The manager told her no of course because you could clearly see what happened in the video and I returned to my room to fix the TV using the buttons on the back. The next day I checked out 3 days early and went to a competitor where I will be going to from now on. Good job Angel!!! You made a diamond elite member switch hotel brands!!!

We had a suite which was great, separate thermostats for living room and bedroom. There was a great table/island in the kitchen, which was super handy. I would have liked a bigger coffeemaker, the one we had would barely make 2 cups. Lots of closet space and lots of electrical outlets, a really nice stay!
