Slick's Shuttle Service - Sierra Vista, Arizona

As a disabled senior with a walker & service dog it's difficult to get around. I have used Slick's service for 2 yrs July 3, 2024. I bought a large item at Walmart called for Slick's. I was given a very high estimate (By the owner), which I agreed to, offering cash as I just wanted to get home! It got all confusing because I did offer sincerely to pay for any seat that we were taking up or he would be losing because of my package and walker. He has now banned me from using Slick's and was paid for more seats than were used! All that I can say is I wish that he would sit down and speak with me face to face instead of appearing to act like a bully without seeing the full picture!

Tell Amber to take a hit off of the glass pipe, she is not a happy person. I used UBER, at least they don't bite your head off for asking questions. Thanks for the wonderful experience Amber.....not.

Don't bother going through this company when you can get an Uber faster and cheaper. Early this morning I called for a shuttle for a friend and I. A moment after realizing that we wouldn't need the shuttle (max 4 minutes later) I called to cancel it. No problem. A little later in the morning I called to get a shuttle and when I get in, the driver informed me that he would be charging me double. Stating that it was because I had cancelled the previous shuttle. Mind you, at this point, I had spent 40 dollars with them in the past several hours alone. Oh well, I told him that I was not willing to pay for a service I did not receive and chose to get out of his van. A friend told me to download the Uber app and within 5 minutes I had a ride for a third of the cost of Slicks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. So unprofessional.

I called for a patient and she sat here for almost 3 hours and no one has came and got her and she is so upset that she got emotional and wanted to go home. so unprofessional.

I've gone through the worst week I've had in a long time. A very ill cat so I made multiple trips with my fur baby to and from the vet. Every driver was so wonderful. Thoughtful to me and my cat, and so sympathetic when I came home alone from his final trip to the vet.

I've used Slick's before and have been very pleased. I don't need to travel very often though so I'm not sure what happened. They seem even better. The drivers are fantastic and the dispatcher is still efficient and matter-of-fact but manages to come across very friendly. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about them - I'm just so happy with the service I received.
