Our agent Ariel Chavez is the best agent anyone could ask for. We have used Ariel for many years from cruises to river boat journeys in Europe. He never fails to find us the best hotels and excursions. No matter where we are in the world we can always reach Ariel when any issues arise. He immediately takes charge and handles the problem. We just returned from the Sonesta Ocean Resort in St. Martin with friends who did not use Ariel and were very disappointed with their accommodations. They had a regular room as opposed to our gorgeous suite. Going forward our friends will now use Ariel for their travel needs. While in St. Martin I had to contact Ariel and he responded back to me immediately and helped me figure out what I needed to do. We just referred another friend to Ariel and she was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I cannot say enough about the service we receive from our amazing travel agent, Ariel Chavez.

This remarkable little agency has shown its ability to do the impossible, putting together a European trip at the last minute, in a difficult travel time, with short notice and complex travel demands. Truly amazing. We have used Ariel before always with wonderful results. And we're glad we looked to him again for this special journey. Ariel is absolutely the very BEST travel agent. We have used him over this last year in putting together a family cruise for us and he was attentive to every detail to make our cruise memorable. Ariel Chavez did a wonderful job of planning our trip to Hawaii. He was extremely organized and that was helpful when we were on the actual trip. All of our vouchers were in perfect order. He also planned just enough for us and left just enough free time to allow us some freedom to choose other exciting activities. It was a spectacular trip and much of that was because of Ariel.
