They don’t answer the phone and I can’t even find them there not on merly hay road anymore

I was called about me not showing up to a Job but wasn’t called to be told I’m not in tha list to work. When it was confirmed on my phone but I was turned away when I got to the job. A few years ago LGC was very helpful when it came to Jobs tha office was up and running and it was always someone in there to help! One person handling everything is not Good especially when tha person has a plate full that person will forget to do something on there end and it’s excused because their plate is full. I thought going through this temp agency I once loved would help me out only thing it did was motivate me to continue to look for a job or a different temp agency.. If you having hard times already last thing you want is to sign up for a job have it confirmed and you get there and your turned away at the door!!!!!!

They put you to work right away with decent jobs with good pay so you get your pockets fat the same day!! Best thing about it is it has an app you download that keeps the jobs uploaded on to what you can manage your own days pick your own hours and figure out your own schedule can't beat it!!!

Using LGC Hospitality for staffing needs was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in an attempt to staff my business. Broken promise after broken promise that they could provide trained, high quality, dependable people. I have never been so disappointed. Most of the people they sent looked like they picked them up from the local homeless shelter. Communication from Branch Managers in the Des Moines office was poor at best, email and phone messages not returned for multiple days. Was promised weekend help that never showed up. I am no rookie when it comes to identifying competent, well run organizations and good customer service. You will NOT find it here within LGC Hospitality. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

They short change you on every check then don't answer the phone nor do they correct it. I would not recommend unless you're desperate

This temp agency will suspend you for asking where your pay check at cause they error so if you want to get paid on time you may want to go else where don't waste your time Gage will talk to you crazy and suspend you
