Experience as normal for flying. I feel some flight attendants feel the need to be over demanding. As if they enjoy their job for the power of bossing humans around. I watched a flight attendant overly assert her voice to a tall man squashed in between the seats. His bag under the seat in front of him had 2 inches of a shoulder strap showing between his feet. He politely tucked it under the bag. His head and shoulders stranded against the seat In front of him. The lady attendant never stopped running her mouth. Now he had his bag that was already under the seat. With his shoe tips under the bag just to fit in the seat. She told him he could not have his feet there.. where is this manual of how to sit in a seat. The bag is not going to fly out. Is Delta training control freaks and not kind helpful attendants?

Encountered an extremely rude employee today. He had zero customers but refused to answer a simple question about airport baggage procedure because I was flying with AA & not Delta. He told me to go ask an AA employee (who had an extremely long line)… Maybe employees like him are why there was nobody flying with Delta.

Pooja and Jim from the Baggage Service Center were very helpful. They replaced my damaged checked in luggage and Jim provided me with two paper receipts of when I got charged double for a checked in bag. Luckily, the second pending charge on my credit card fell off and cleared on its own.

"it feels like this page is gonna crash" I heard a passenger say during the flight. We made it but the FAA needs to shut down Boeing. Very bad sounds coming from engine

We had a pet that is a frequent flier. We follow the rules but DSM makes up their own rules. We paid our money and everything but they just kind of gave us a hard time. Oh well.

The worker behind the counter today at the dsm airport named Allison was extremely rude and self-concerned, treating me with disrespect and condescending manners. Never flying with Delta again if this is how they train their workers to handle customer service.

This was an absolutely horrible experience flying with delta. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Our flight was cancelled and nobody contacted us, the seat was broken, the first airplane was old, and they charge for baggage. Not recommended.
