Quite frustrating to buy an item you have for sale in your store, only to have 2 employees have no idea how it works. I explained I liked it because of the tassel tail and due to the weight of the tassel, several of them had to be cut off and I was left with a very unappealing balloon. I paid for it but I’m upset that you can sell an item that you don’t even know how to put together. I honestly can’t believe that you didn’t offer me not to buy it. Knowing how ridiculous it ended up being.

This store is amazing!!!! They have everything you need for any occasion. The prices are really reasonable, and the products are good quality. They offer so much more than just costumes and party favors. Plus the 90 cent sodas are always my favorite.

I bought orange glow sticks for my sister's return from being in hospital for 65 days. They thought they had a certain amount and inventory was off. Renters Beware!
I rented a 20x30 tent from party productions and they come out and set it up. This was the day before my wedding was to occur. Upon arrival I gave the team of two very easy instructions, I needed the long side of tent (30ft) to end at the side of my house and the center of the tent to be centered on a 100ft pine tree in my front yard. They said no problem and I had to leave to pick up the cake and do a thousand last minute things before the wedding. Upon returning I noticed the tent was minimally 5 to 6 off the center of the pine. I tried calling party productions and the company not only didn’t answer but does not have voicemail either. Everyone that’s been married knows how incredibly important and incredibly expensive photographers are and the whole wedding was based off this massive beautiful pine tree in the front yard of my acreage. It literally through off all my photos of the arch, podium, the whole wedding!! The worse part of all this is that when the owner of the company “Dan” came to take down the tent he acted like it was my fault for not being here to watch them set the tent up!!! Two very easy instructions, and it’s now my fault! He argued that the tent being 6ft off center would have made for better pictures and was making excuses for their mistake!! It’s one thing to be wrong and admit it, but whole different story to be blatantly wrong and blame the customer!!!!!! This was the OWNER pushing blame for his company’s mistake!!! Horrible experience!!!!!! Never again Party Productions!!!

We used party productions for wedding rentals for our August 5, 2023 wedding. We rented items such as tablecloths, drink dispensors, curtains, etc. They were very affordable and Ally was great to work with. Everything was ready for pickup when I needed it. Would definitely recommend!

Best place to find all your party needs. Great costumes and accessories. If you need it they have it ! Love the staff as they are very knowledgeable and can assist in your party preparations. Highly recommend!!
