Kathleen worked with myself and my husband and researched 8 different tours in Italy to find the perfect one for us. Due to medical reasons, unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. Kathleen worked with the travel insurance company to help us get a full refund. I have never experienced a travel agent as helpful and as caring as her. Kerry and Kathy are very helpful and will answer any kind of questions you have to they’re best knowledge. I recently went on a trip to punta Cana through them and it was amazing no issues at all. As soon as I showed up to the airport I got my ride to the resort no problem and same thing when leaving. It was one of the most amazing trips I’ve EVER been on I wouldn’t of been able to do it without them.

I absolutely love Kathleen. She is a fire cracker like me for sure. But absolutely knows her stuff!! Very knowledgeable, professional and she has a heart of gold!! I cant thank her enough for giving me all the tips and tricks for my first “out of the country experience!” We went for my bffs wedding and she didn’t forget the day of me and the hubbys 10 yr anniversary. We had a banner on our hotel room door, that said Happy anniversary.. bottle of red wine, and a card for us. She also gave us some travel kits that were absolutely necessary!! I can go on and on. Oh and she gave us the BEST DEAL booking 3 weeks before the travel date!! Non stop flights too!! If ur looking for an expert to guide you overseas, than look no further. Kathleen helped me decide on where to go on my honeymoon when I had no idea where to even begin. I’d never stayed at a resort before and she was very informative. She gave a bunch of options and ideas. Finally we picked a place and she did all the work for me which took away all the extra stress while planning my wedding. I highly recommend Somerset Tours and Travel to book your next vacation! My family and I have been using Kathy for years as our travel agent and have never been disappointed. She just recently set up my trip to Cancun for a friends wedding I attended and everything was seamless. She found us direct flights, and set up transportation to and from the resort. With all of that and staying 7 days we paid less than everyone else who attended the wedding and booked either on their own or through someone else. I like that I can skip the hassle of planning a trip and just tell Kathy what I want and she does all the hard work and always gets me the best deal. Both Kathy and Kerry are awesome and very professional. You won’t regret booking through them.
