Linda at Dream Vacations assisted my husband and me on our Mediterranean Cruise and European vacation. Linda did an excellent job and we would highly recommend her. Linda did an amazing job booking our vacation! This was the first time we used a travel agent and I can’t say enough good things about her. Her communication was above and beyond anything we expected. We had a 6am flight to Mexico which got canceled at 8pm the night before. Linda reached out right away and had us re-booked on a new flight within 20 minutes! And this was at 8pm at night, well beyond a normal work day. The new flight left 15 minutes later and was only an hour difference in time. The next morning she was up at 4am and texted us letting us know our flight was on time for that day. She followed along our entire itinerary and sent us flight details and confirmations along the way. She did a fantastic job finding us a resort that checked all our boxes and still fit in our budget. Linda did everything from booking our transportation to and from our resort to making sure we knew where to go for pickup and who to walk past (time share people/Taxi’s etc). I can’t say enough good things about her. If you are on the fence on using a travel agent, I urge you to reach out to Linda. We will be using her for all our trips moving forward and are excited to start planning another!
