Not a great choice for tour planning at all.
. “Audrey” wanted to construct our entire four country trip with little to no leeway or input from us. She seemed unaware of rather basic alternative options (e.g. she wasn’t aware that there is a bullet train from Barcelona to Paris full of interesting views of flocks of flamingoes and the Pyrenees Mountains, which seems like an elemental thing that an agent with 30 years of experience should know!).
We found a much more erudite agent with another, more well-known company!
