We just purchased a truck from this dealership. James was awesome and helpful. They were all professional and there was no haggling or back and forth on the price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a appropriately priced vehicle and an easy buying experience.

I have my dad's car listed for sale on the Facebook marketplace for 500 under kbb private party. The dealership reached out to me and requested I bring the car in. Skeptical a dealer would actually pay any more than trade in I played a lot of questions and made very clear I wouldn't drive 40 minutes with 2 vehicles if they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't low ball us and waste our time as we are pretty firm on the price. Do once they let us know if they were happy with it they would either offer above 5k or do the 5500 asking price we head down there.
Their concerns with the car was it needed to be detailed because of dog hair and then offered $4500.
I don't understand why they would feel the need to lie to have us come in when they were told upfront that we wouldn't even consider an offer under 5k.
Well they ruined our morning as we pushed stuff aside to work with them I felt only fitting the experience should be shared.

EDIT: Because they decided to lie again with a response here I updated my review to include proof of said "missing information".

The mechanic is a idiot! Where did he get his mechanics license, a cracker jack box! He told me that my door would not open because a travel size tissue package and an insurance card holder was jammed in it! Then when it did it again he told me it was my fault because having those things jammed in it ruined the door. Tissues and an insurance card holder would not do that! what an idiot! I took it to a real mechanic and had it fixed for 200.00 dollars less then this idiot mechanic wanted to charge me! I am a better mechanic them him and I do not even have a mechanics license. I will never do business with them again and I well never refer anyone and I will let everyone know how bad they are and what an idiot the mechanic is!

Caroline Reidhe was the best. She greeted us when we arrived, checked us in quickly and even sold me an oil service plan. She kept us informed and let us know when our truck was ready. The whole dealership is friendly and well run. Highly recommend and will return.

Don't trust them. I called the different departments regarding the vehicle, and they threw a tissyfit like a five year old little girl that didn't get a ice cream cone.

They installed a $2000 mopar fifth wheel hitch in the bed of my dodge ram truck. I noticed that the front of the trailer was contacting the side rails of my truck bed and bending the bed sheet metal. I googled the problem. There is 4 bolt slots for vertical height adjustment with 3 separate height levels . When I removed the top plate I found that the 4 aircraft nuts were only finger tight. We had already driven thousands of miles pulling a big 5th wheel trailer The bolts were beat up from wobbling around and I’m glad that the whole hitch didn’t let go and wreck us. These losers tried to kill us with their lack of attention and quality service. I will never deal with these idiots again.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my vehicle serviced (check engine light)-- they failed to 'get to it' the day it was scheduled and then failed to call to tell me this would be the case (no communication at all), leaving the truck in their unsecured front lot unlocked for the night. I called to find out what the status of my vehicle repair was to learn this-- the service folks were rude (not their problem they didn't get to it on the day it was scheduled to be serviced). And the manager could not take the time to look up from his computer when i went to talk to them. Not sure what happened in the management of this place, but it's sure gone downhill!
