My husband and I joined our daughter, son in law and 4 grands in WDW. The grand babies did not know we were coming! What a fun experience!! Brittney Smith did ALL of our travel planning. We love everything about Main Street Memories!! Brittney is fantastic and she is always on top of everything we have needed. She is so wonderful and has worked so patiently with us when we have had questions and changes and more questions! 🙂
She really knows her stuff and is able to provide all the information that you will need for your trip. We had to use another travel provider recently - which was not our choice or desire to do so - but that situation absolutely reinforced for us just how good Brittney is. The other person we had to use never provided us with the timely and helpful information that Brittney does. If you use Brittney you can count on a great experience.

Brittney is awesome and amazing!! She is always there to help us in any way with our Disney vacation whether it’s a cruise or to Disney World. She was in New Orleans when we left on our Panama Canal cruise, March 2020, and she made a point to get on the ship, find us and introduce herself, and leave us scrumptious Disney trays in our stateroom. We can always depend on her and will never use anyone else. I feel like she’s a friend instead of a professional travel advisor.
