Went for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. They have soda in glass bottles available for purchase. Food was fast, hot, and fresh.
We had super nachos that had chicken on half and beef on the other.
Fajita burrito with chicken.
And a trio consisting of a taco, enchilada and a cheese quesadilla from the dinner specials. Not pictured was the pork street tacos. It was all very tasty. We'll definitely be going back the next time we're in Pocahontas.

This resturant is a scam. Placed order for steak quesedilas and they was purposely given chicken as they went in and changed it on the recipt. They refused to switch them back out. The manager hid in the back and had sent the rude waitress talk with me instead. Was a very unprofessional resturant with rude workers. Avoid this place at all cost.

Went two days in a row both a Friday and Saturday night. Friday service was great and food was good. Really cold every time the door opened and a pretty plain looking place doesn't say Mexican place to me. Saturday night service was at very best ok, but food tasted AMAZING and once we were able to order, back to service, but after we ordered food came out quickly. Still just as cold sitting in dining room every time door opened and was loud by a group by us so wasn't easy to carry on a conversation. But all in all I do recommend this place just wish the two days mirrored each other.IF they had a way to keep dining room warmer each time door is opened and maybe more decoration, I don't blame them for the loud group, but if those two things were different I think my atmosphere score would be a lot different but as long as they get the food right we will continue to go back

El amino, is not an amigo. Second time someone from my household has gone for take out and given no chips and salsa even tho we spent over 15 dollars for a burrito. The taste is very much tex-mex, not authentic and the prices are incredibly high for lackluster Mexican food. It's worth the drive to storm lake for authentic, or even algona. At least they give you chips and salsa no matter what you order in algona.

Very good Authentic mexicana food, my order was was pretty big and the wait time was 20 min. that is greate waiting time. Food was amazing , servers are nice, but not to nice. I love the atmosphere. Recommendation Tacos al' pastor and triple fijitas shrimp, chicken and steak, tacos de beef birra, drink orchata, burrito grande de chicken.
