Frostings gave amazing service and decorated my wedding perfectly according to our vision! They were kind, patient, and extremely compromising during our process and did everything possible to ensure our day looked exactly how we envisioned. Frostings provided decorations and rentals for our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything was beyond our expectations, and walking into our fully decorated ballroom is a memory we will cherish forever. Paloma was extremely helpful in showing us around their warehouse and working with us on achieving what we envisioned.

Like most vendors though, they are extremely busy and a little hard to get a hold of so a wedding planner/coordinator that has good relationships with vendors is advisable.

Exceptional experience truly designed and tailored to the uniqueness of our vision for the special event. As a repeat client, Frostings Event Design Rentals once again delivered outstanding customer service from beginning to end. The creativity and innovativeness of their designs were brought to life at our daughter's graduation brunch at our home which she envisioned as a colorful floral theme that matched her personality and vision of this special event. The set up, floral selection, table setting styles and all the attention to detail made this event a memory of a lifetime. Frosting’s has the best customer service, attention to detail and specialty items that are very unique and beautiful. Their floral arrangements are beautiful and one of a kind. They have a large variety of custom linens that I have never seen another local company carry. They pride themselves on elegance and uniqueness.

If you’re planning a wedding I DO NOT recommend using frostings. I’ve called multiple times left voicemails emails and they never reach out. I’ve spoken to Paloma about this and I thought it would improve but it’s been over 2 months and they haven’t responded to my email. They do not take any time of their day to help you. They just add stress. Very unprofessional.
…. After that March 26th email I never heard back only to reply to this review…

Worst costumer service ever. They can’t even get off their phones for a minute to look up and talk to you. The male there is the worst very high and mighty acts like he is doing you a favor by looking or acknowledging you. They do not deserve any clients.
