I had a horrible experience with this company. My Hunting experience was mediocre at best. They gave me a PH that admittedly had never hunted the property before. The other PHs on the property had never met him before. Come to find out I was being used to finance Infinito’s need to have this PHs trip to help the company with a problem they were taking with the police in the area. We booked a seven day dive trip prior to our Hunting, which I was going to plan an orchestrate on my own but infinito Continue to claim that they were a full service travel agency and could get us the dive trip cheaper and provide first class accommodations and services. Charl said for $500 per day he and his wife would accompany us and prepare food and accommodation, drive my wife up and down the beaches etc. I reluctantly agreed as I had done my homework and research and found it to be extremely inexpensive and safe to do this part of the trip on our own. Bottom line 7 days before the trip Charl Informed me he was replacing he and his wife with my PH And they would not be coming on the trip or driving my wife up and down the beach. Complete turnaround and against everything that I had been promised. I wished I would’ve done it on my own. It would’ve been much cheaper and much more enjoyable. Then one day while at the lodge, they called us into renting a so-called boat trip around a local lake for $250. We were told that this was our Exclusive chartered boat. When we arrived, we learned that this was a public scheduled trip at $10 per person. Infinito Said we would be the only people on the boat which was not true. There was a family of a senior graduating from high school celebrating her graduation. This family consisted of five. This family paid $10 per person or $50. We paid Inifinito $250 which they then paid the boating company $30 and kept the $220 different. Then Charl Also big us to let him arrange our trip to Kruger national Park, which was another aspect of the trip. I was going to plan and book. He quoted us a price Which she never put in writing, but at the end, pulled out a brochure that had the price at 4x what him had said. Not only did he overcharge us from what he had quoted us. He also charged us for three days at Kruger Park when we only went two days. He charged us full price for a half a day travel back while not even in the park. You may think I’m the idiot here, since I reluctantly paid him, but after complaining to him several times during the trip of unkept promises and overcharging, I found him to be an unreasonable individual all about a money grab, and I decided it was no longer worth my time And energy to give him a chance to make things right as my previous attempts, we’re in vain. A warning to anyone who reads this review stay away from this individual and company. They lied to me over and over again. Over charged me and we’re unwilling to make things right. You’ve been warned stay away from them. Learn from my huge mistake.

Awesome experience. Every from the hunting to the food was first rate. Everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this safari holiday for anyone wanting to start hunting Africa.

Excellent outfitter with a plan for almost any budget. Africa is actually within reach for most hunters and they don't know it! Will travel and hunt with Infinito again.
