We hit some debris on the road into Rock Rapids and one of our tires went flat. It was a Saturday morning and they were busy, but he dropped everything, patched up the tire, and we were on our way again. We very much appreciated the awesome service!

Went there for an oil change, it was $50 + some change & They never put a mileage card back in so now, I have to guesstimate approximately when it needs done again!!! Just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE IT MYSELF!!! I'VE GONE TO THE FARMERS CO-OP IN OTHER TOWNS AND CITIES BEFORE & NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS BUT THIS TIME, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, SORRY BUT TRUE!!!
