Loved this place. We went to see Fool House here last night and it was great. It was one of the cleanest buildings I have ever been to for a concert. There was a bar and bathroom each of the 2 floors. Each bar had 2 bartenders so there was very little waiting in line for a drink. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked and had multiple stalls. The second floor had a spacious balcony as well as private areas you could reserve that overlooked the stage. I was also allowed to bring my full size purse in after a quick search, which was fantastic.

Wow what an incredible venue! Everyone there was so nice and the staff were amazing. The food was incredible and the event I was hired to perform for went off without any problems. As a professional entertainer I perform all over the country and I know top notch venues and this is one of them. Thank you to everyone who made the night special!

Great experience with The District as our wedding venue! It is a gorgeous and unique place to host a wedding in Sioux Falls, especially if you are looking for something other than the barn look. We had a modern black & white wedding and it was perfect for what we had envisioned. Also reasonably priced when you consider the big picture of how much a wedding costs these days.

Was here for Wings of Valor banquet, food was excellent. Having gluten free meal we didn't have to worry about was also very nice to see.

Just went to the Asking Alexandria show on Tuesday. Awesome show but I find it completely ridiculous that they gate off “GA Pit” and GA from each other. I have been to numerous other venues and this has never been a thing. The district charges more to be in “GA Pit” than just GA. Just charge what you charge for GA Pit for regular GA and take the gate away? I just feel like it really ruined the vibe of the concert as it made it difficult for moshing which is a big thing in this scene. Other than that I like the district and it seems like they are trying to get a variety of different genres of music to play there. Security was nice.

3.2.20204, we chose The District as our wedding venue and are so glad we did! The coordinators did the best job making sure everything was in place for our special day. We had multiple meetings and phone calls to ensure everything was up to par. We got many comments about how amazing the venue was. Our decor was simple, yet elegant. The District itself has beauty that doesn't need to be dressed up to much. We couldn't say enough great things about our wedding day!
