A hidden gem! Recently renovated, beautifully situated, with an excellent staff. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and meticulously clean. The view is fantastic--on a hill, with amazing views of the sunrise, and sunset. They even have a seating area and fire pit out back for sunset lovers.

Every single staff member was friendly and polite, too! We had the "do not disturb" sign up, and when we left for sightseeing, a housekeeping staff member saw us and double checked if we needed extra towels. Front desk was always warm and welcoming. They keep cookies and lemon water in the lobby at all times, and the breakfast room is spacious, with big windows to enjoy the desert view (and a nice breakfast, too).

I saw some very mixed reviews on this place, and encourage anyone on the fence to ignore the naysayers--this was one of my family's favorite hotels on a recent road trip (the other favorites were all over $300 a night).

The management whose name is Jd, was proactive in addressing any concerns and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. They took the time to engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining. This attention to detail made my stay feel special and tailored just for me.

The hotel’s operations ran smoothly, which reflected the strong leadership behind the scenes. Whether it was the cleanliness of the facilities or the efficiency of the check-in process, everything was handled seamlessly.

Overall, The tombstone grand hotel is a prime example of how great management can elevate a guest’s experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run hotel with exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

Great location for when going to Tombstone and Bisbee. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Housekeeping could be a little bit more attentive when cleaning the room... there was a fake nail on the floor next to the bed and a torn tissue. Breakfast was offered but we didn't eat there. Would stay again the next time we are in the area.

Staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. Room was clean and roomy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Pool was a tiny bit small, but no one was in it. Great place to stay! We would definitely stay here again. I forgot to take pictures, but our room was just like what was on the website.

Lobby area is nice and has a very pleasant scent - not overpowering. We arrived around 3:00. Not only were our rooms ready, but the very nice lady at the front desk changed one of our rooms (we had reserved 2) so that we'd be on the same floor even though I told her it was fine if we weren't. Both rooms were clean, had a refrigerator with a freezer, and bathroom had good counter space. Breakfast Saturday morning included scrambled eggs, sausage, as well as cereal, etc., and the coffee was good. Everything was refilled as needed. The hotel is quiet and we had a pleasant stay.

This is a really nice place to retire to after a long day of exploring Tombstone. The pool was nice and the entire hotel was well cared for and clean. The staff was very good to us. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The breakfast was good also. The history of Tombstone is very interesting.

Stopped in for a night while traveling from out of state. The front desk lady was very friendly and we got checked in quickly. The room we were in was very clean (200) the beds were comfortable and the view was pretty nice. Breakfast was pretty decent the orange juice seemed a little watered down but everything else was quite good. Overall a fairly basic but clean nice hotel. Looking at other reviews it looks like this hotel is definitely making changes in the right direction.

Nice location, great views. Easy check-in, no issues when ask for a different room. Decent breakfast. The best part of this hotel is the view of the sunsets.
The negative-dated, bedding and pillows need upgrade.
Housekeeping, they leave an envelope asking for a tip. I find it tacky, especially when beds were not made and got towels after 4pm. We wanted to rest but didn’t want to be in the way so waited downstairs and gave up. Did not get to rest when we wanted to. Is Arizona you want to rest from the heat in the middle of the day.
