We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. The whole building was so clean and beautiful. And staff looked so professional. I heard genuine laughter and giggles and greeting made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I forgot my box of chocolates, and Alicia at the front desk got them immediately and had them waiting for me when I picked them up! The beds were pretty comfortable and the constant fan option kept the room quieter.

The staff at this hotel did a great job I was warmly greeted on arrival and had everything about my stay thoroughly explained Breakfast was wonderful many options and everything I at was absolutely delicious. our beds were very comfortable and the pillows were superb we will certainly stay here again

Frustrated

I reserved two rooms on line and received a confirmation with a given rate. Upon check in, the charged rate was $35/room higher (not including the 10% additional hold for incidentals) and was basically told there was nothing that they could do even though I showed them my confirmation.

I contacted reservations as instructed by the front desk who promptly kicked me back to the local hotel. I left a message for the manager and have not received a return call (4 days later now) as of yet. I have called daily to follow up. For the last 2 days, the phone call has not been answered.

Whole experience was top notch! I was in town to visit my son and his family, all the staff was amazing, especially Dakota who answered my 5 year old granddaughters numerous questions with a smile. Will definitely stay again

When i booked a last minute room for 60 bucks I wasn't exspecting much but wow, the staff is super friendly, nice blast of warm air walking into building, and it was clean in the lobby and remodeled rooms, big 4k TV HBO, big bathrooms with plenty of hot water! Will be back
