HIRE THIS TEAM!!! From start to finish they are efficient, creative, punctual, optimistic, chill and kind. Trust me when I say you want a Planner / Coordinator / Designer who stays composed and chill under stressful circumstances. This wedding was moved back 2 hours ON THE WEDDING DAY due to rain and literally EVERYONE had to pivot. With a solid coordinator like Amber and team, this would've turned into a very very stressful situation. Instead, we all pulled it off without a hitch. The weather worked perfectly with the new schedule and the rest is history. Happy Bride & Groom!! That's all you can ask for. Very capable team for any size / budget wedding in Durango and beyond. We've been shooting weddings for 16 years. Highly recommend Durango Event Planners.

Where do I even begin… Amber and her team at The Perfect Day seriously made my day perfect. Amber from the very beginning you were an absolute pleasure to work with. When you said I respond to texts day and night it was very very accurate. I don’t know what I would have done without you. You made me feel completely relaxed, immediately helped fix the loss of our flowers, and even came to meet us at our venue when we went to see it for the first time. When I say I talked about you all the time to my friends and family I meant it. I wish you could help everyone everywhere. I can’t recommend The Perfect Day more. Seriously.. if you want your day to go flawlessly and sit back and relax this team is the best choice around. I feel so very lucky to have found them. Thank you again!!!! I worked with Taylor with Durango Event Planners and she made this the easiest wedding planning experience ever! If everyone planning their wedding had a Taylor then there would be no reason to ever worry on their special day!

I was an out-of-state bride that wanted to be pretty hands-off when it came to planning my wedding. I talked about my budget and what colors not to use and gave the team free range on creating the rest of the day! (Crazy right!?) I wanted to show up to my venue and be surprised for our big day. These ladies KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!

From the decorations to the food, everything was perfect. I can't thank this Durango Event Planners enough!

The team at The Perfect Day Co/Durango Event Planners is the absolute best. Everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just the best people all around. Taylor went above and beyond to give us the most perfect day. She was there to answer all of the millions of questions we had (even the silly ones!) throughout the process of planning and to help us figure out what we wanted our day to look like. She was a sweet and calming presence throughout our whole wedding day and was flexible as needed to create a fun, memorable, and special day that we will cherish forever. Amber helped us early on, and she was so knowledgeable in helping us understand all that we needed to do to plan a wedding and create our vision when we had no idea what needed to be done to host a wedding. Josh, Neal, Bethany, and all of the other lodge and support staff we worked with were also incredibly kind, helpful, and awesome people who were so fun to work with the day of our wedding and during our stay at the lodge! Amber and her team did an amazing job! She kept us on track with our wedding planning and helped us book vendors. The wedding day off was absolutely beautiful!
