THERE ARE NO JETTED TUBS.

My wife & I drove about 3 hours to to arrive here at the hotel. The hotel is really nice & up to date. The king size jetted hot tub suites is also really nice.
The main reason that we chose this hotel & paid a little extra was for the king size suites & Jet Tub experience. Come to find out that there is no hot tub of any kind. "It's false advertisement" I asked for the difference $ back since there isn't a jetted tub in the room or anywhere on the property but they said no, even though we paid to have this experience. If they were honest on their website and not give false expectations this would have been a 5 star overall experience. Room is super clean & spacious. Good breakfast too 😋

This was the last hotel stay on our week long trip to Jersey. We arrived fairly late, for us, and were exhausted when we got to the room. There were some issues, but we were so tired we did not say anything that night. In the morning I did let management know our concerns and were told we should have told them that night. But like I said, we were so tired we didn't, so therefore, nothing was done about our concerns. Here is our take of the Hotel. Outside appearances show a new building. Inside was showing something else. The room doors do not have security bolts, they have all been removed. We had a room with two queen beds. The first bed we tried to sleep in sagged so bad in the middle we kept rolling into each other. It was like there was a hole in the middle of the bed. Thankfully the other bed was better. The bathtub drain backed up when using it. The heating unit would not shut off. We tried everything to turn it off but it ran all night. No air or heat, just noise. The overall appearance of the room was "used". After staying at two other hotels on our trip, we would probably not stay at this site again.

Nice hotel. Looked recently renovated. Nice large room and clean. Comfortable sleeping and the climate control was good. Breakfast was adequate but did not have the selections that other HIE typically have. Not an issue since we found plenty to eat. I recommend this hotel for travelers. A good value and close proximity to the highway.

This updated Holiday Inn Express shines because of it's exceptional,warm staff!

Each time I visit, I am greeted with a smile and lightning fast checkin...along with extra coffee K cups!

The rooms are always very clean and neat, although I must admit, I do miss the old comfortable chairs and whirlpool baths.

This location is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the extra miles.

As a Diamond member, I travel often and always include this location in my overnight stops!

The night clerk was great and very helpful. The selection of pillows was just what I needed, since I forgot my own. The bed was comfortable. The room was updated, fresh and for the most part very clean. There were small amounts of black mold around the edge of the shower wall.

There was a problem with the operation of the heating unit. I dont want to say it was broken, but because there were no clear directions I ended up sleeping in my clothes!

I thought I turned it on before I left for dinner. When I came back to a cold room, I did what I thought was right...the temperature was reached and instead of going off what seemed like a generator fan come on and blew COLD air. I made another adjustment to the the thermostat and the same thing happened.

The worst IHG experience I have ever encountered!!! As a Gold Elite member this facility would receive 0 stars if I could! During booking we chose the upgraded room for the increased cost, as we wanted the extra amenities. Upon arriving we were given our room keys which upon entering noticed a basic room. We contacted the front desk who stated they didn’t even have those type of rooms which was clearly annotated on my reservation. The tub didn’t hold water, the room had trash and food crumbs. It was a horrible night stay and would strongly not recommend!!!!

My family and I stayed here while traveling down south. Checked in at 1am in the morning just to sleep and eat breakfast the next morning. When we stopped the front door was locked, had to call and ask for availability. We had a large group so we got 3 rooms. Was told there was $100 incidental fees FOR EACH ROOM. Okay, no problem.. room 320 had a broken mirror, the rest of the rooms were up to par. We check out the next day and I see an additional $300 fee charged to my account. I let it go for a few days waiting to see if it would fall off and it did not. Upon calling they said it was for the broken mirror THAT WAS ALREADY DAMAGED UPON OUR ARRIVAL. I got told I had to wait for 2 more days because the GM wasn’t in and wouldn’t be in until Friday and they refused to give me a number or email for the GM or corporate while also not explaining why it was $300 and not $100 like the incidental fee is supposed to be used for in situations like this. Fine.. called Friday.. no GM - spoke to someone else who gave me his email. Sent an email and his response was because we didn’t inform them it pretty much was our fault and they couldn’t help me at this time while calling me “guest” instead of by my name. Also did not explain why the charge was triple it was supposed to be! I’d rather lose out on $100 than $300! If you happen to stay here, stay away from room 320, wouldn’t be surprised if they’re charging each guest for a damaged mirror!

VERY CLEAN. I just stayed there recently (12/21/24) and I as blown away by not only how clean the room and facility is, but how spacious the room and especially the bathroom is. It is off the 295 and very peaceful. Had amazing breakfast including pancakes, cinnamon rolls, potatoes, etc. Front desk and breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is a bit lonely but to be expected in that part of the state. No bugs like other hotels I had looked at, not dirty, though had a few flaws such as a old door, amazing breakfast, and exceptional staff! If you're looking for a place to stay, YOU'VE FOUND IT.
