My experience with this company was pretty good; yes the store is crowded and some of the chair covers were filthy, but overall I had a good experience! Consuelo did give me a refund for that and that was greatly appreciated! She also gave me a good price on the table & chair covers.

First of all, the store is very small and it’s full of stuff that you have to move when someone gets in because of the limited space. The owner is nice but his wife has an attitude... She needs to remember that we are paying for their services and they all need to keep their customers happy. Also, they need to reassure that we are given the right things before we get to the venue . We rented a couple of things and when we were decorating we noticed that they sent stuffs that we didn’t asked for , sent the wrong chairs cover and missed some things that we did ask for.... They should be more organized and more professional.

Very unprofessional. They have a child working the back of the store and have him climbing shelving to get stuff down from the over crowded tiny store. Have stuff all over, floor to ceiling. Serious fire hazard in that place.
