Rachael is the best! The wedding day would not have been executed flawlessly without her. She was so attentive to all our needs and made sure we stayed stress free all day on the wedding day. For example, the groom and groomsmen didn't know where the boutonnieres were but Rachael knew exactly where they were, went to go get them and then helped put them on everyone! Leading up to the wedding day, she also made sure to be on top of everything and made us truly feel like we were a King and Queen. We can't recommend her enough. If you want a stress free wedding, do yourself a favor and work with Rachael!

Rachael was so helpful to have for the planning process and an absolute godsend for the day of. I'm pretty organized so felt pretty confident going into the process, but she made it so much more painless and helped give me an idea of what had to be done and advice along the way for talking to all vendors. I’m really upset I have to write a review like this…At first I really did like Rachael. She was helpful, knew what she was doing. There are certain professions that you shouldn’t be in if you don’t really love it like teaching or anything wedding related. As a bride clearly you aren’t thinking about a lot of things. I had put together a bag for my daughter like wipes diapers and her rescue meds I had asked Rachael to grab it for me…when we were at the venue I asked her and she said she didn’t have it. Clearly I was upset because I needed to change my daughter. As I was panicking she said it was her time to go and just left. I was so upset. Everyone else was helpful the venue manager offered to run out and grab them the dj came to check on me as I’m crying and lady helping us offered to get it but ultimately my dad went back to the hotel to get it. A part of me feels like she only cares about the money and not the clients. She def knows what she’s doing but if you want someone to help you when you need this ain’t it.

Rachael was an absolute gem to work with for my wedding! I had so much anxiety about the wedding planning process, and at any point that I reached out to her she would respond right away with loads of advice and checklists to put my mind at ease. The day of my wedding, she was incredibly helpful in facilitating all the steps of what needed to be done to make the day as fun as possible for myself and my husband. She wasn’t afraid to step in if anyone in the bridal party wasn’t following instructions, and she set up all the decor for the ceremony and reception so that I didn’t need to worry about anything besides picking out what I liked. I don’t know if my wedding would have gone as smoothly without all her support, and I’m truly so thankful to have had her there throughout the night for me. Rachael, I hope I wasn’t too much of a pain when stressing about the wedding! In the end, it was all perfect. Thank you SO MUCH!!

There is so much I could say about Rachael that would make this review waaaay to long so I will keep is brief. I hired Rachael 2 years before my husband and I set a date, we did this for a few reasons; we were planning out of state, had no idea how to plan a wedding, and we both were working and going to school so time was very limited. Rachael from the start was a blessing. She was one of the only vendors I had that kept constant communication, and she is always checking in. What was super helpful was her detailed emails after meetings (truth be told I have a terrible memory so this was so helpful). On the wedding day she was always by our side and made sure our family and bridal party knew what to do, on top of that our venue had a few mess ups that she was on top of and got fixed. Honestly, if you are planning on hiring a planner or even day of coordinator, DO IT! to this day I tell my family that I couldn't have planned my wedding day without Rachael.

Rachael is a godsend to those lost in the midst of wedding planning. Her expertise and experience in guiding couples made her invaluable through the entire process. Highly personable and responsive, she knows where to offer suggestions (whether it was adding an extra flair or NOT cluttering the venue with extra decor) and also how to calm our nerves. We opted to work with her after we lost our progress on wedding planning due to the pandemic. Over the course of about a year, she helped our wedding planning process go so smoothly, it felt almost too easy at times! Her presence was crucial on the big day, from tracking down stray party members to transporting items throughout the venue. Her sense of humor and industry expertise made the entire process fun rather than stressful. I cannot recommend Rachael enough! THANK YOU RACHAEL!!!
