The drivers are very nice, but the boss/owners are horrible and have very nasty attitudes. They are very unorganized. They only care about making money. They show no respect to their customers or their drivers. They do not give pick up times, then they get upset when you have been standing outside. They are taking advantage because there is a need for transportation. We the customer s keep the company running and we should fight for better service a s treat i will be sharing to social media ment.

Horrible! Don't call unless you like to be charged 30$ for 2 miles, and have to to pick up others YOU don't ktnow during your ride. My ride that should take 5 min took 40 because the driver picked up others in the opposite direction but waited for these guys outside a strip club for a while first. And he was not a pleasant person.

I have to leave a star to give a review but if I didn't have to this place wouldn't get any stars. The dispatcher is the rudest s.o.b. ever!
First, it takes about 4 times of calling for him to answer, then when he answer's he is rude and hangs up. And your cab don't come.
Than you have to call back to actually get the cab again cause it don't come. So when you call back he gets more of an attitude and lies and says the cab, came you weren't outside. Which I was standing for a half hour. So I tell him: I was out there the whole time. And the jerk of a dispatcher hangs up on you again. And the drivers are very careless drivers half the time. They cut people off, they drive through stop signs. And are pretty creepy to women. Their comments are so rude and make you feel uncomfortable as a woman in their cab.
Never again will I use this company.

Dispatcher on the phone couldnt care less, always takes about 3 calls for him to pick up, and when he does it's like he just wants to get you off the phone and hang up. Very rude. I call white cab when I can because of the dispatch personnel can be nasty. I never tip because I'm afraid the dispatch gets some of that money.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. Do not use this taxi service. They make you wait over 30 minutes for a ride and when you apparently have the audacity to call and ask where the taxi is they hang up on you. No response or anything. And the few times that i have riden with them, they are rude and you end up wondering how they got a license in the first place.
