This Company is a Scam! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Great American Charter Bus conpany! My cousin paid Genie $2100 for a 20+ passenger bus that NEVER showed up. I wish I looked at their reviews before they were booked.

She (Genie) sent pictures of the bus we were to get, sent email, text and remained in contact consistently up to the day before the bus was "supposed" to pick up the kids and parents for Fright Fest (Great Adventure). The DAY OF the trip, the bus Never arrived and Genie went M.I.A never responded to email and texts nor did she answer our calls. We called for hours hoping the bus was just running late. But when we looked at the reviews, this is what they do at this Company. They take people's money and never sending the bus.

We ended up having to pile the kids up in multiple cars to go to Great Adventure. Still no call back or text response from Genie. The 800 number on the listed on the site goes straight to voice mail.

This is a SCAM! DO NOT BOOK THEM!

SCAM!!!!Total scam of a company. Booked them for a wedding transportation they happily took my $2600 and told me through several communications I was all set for my wedding. On my wedding day they called to say buses could not make it and they would not be able to supply transportation. They told me if I would pay them $2000 more they could get me a bus. They never got me a bus. I had to spend my wedding day finding other transportation. This is a scam company, by no means should you ever book them. I have a family friend from the irs working to shut them down. If I can save anyone from the stress and headache. Please please please do not book this company, it is a scam and they just take your money and run. Save yourself!

Echoing other comments that this place is indeed a scam and business should be avoided. Booked a charter bus with this company for our wedding, made payments, and within 3 weeks of the event the company would not answer any phone calls or emails. The week prior, we noticed the phone calls for the company and their employees were disconnected from service. Stay far far away.

I have had such great experiences working with Great American Charters. I've booked with them four times and each time they have been so accommodating and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. They take the time to get to know you and adjust the trip to meet your needs and are so communicative throughout the entire process. I was apprehensive about using Great American Charters for my wedding day, but they were amazing! Use them! The coach showed up 2 hours ahead of time, which was such a peace of mind and the driver was professional and courteous. The bus was clean, air conditioned and the ride was great from start to finish.
