My sister and I stayed a weekend in the Oak cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s beautiful with the lake and geese and really clean picnic tables. The rates for boat rental is too expensive. Sad. We only wanted an hour. The king bed was rock hard. The bed in the entryway room was too warm, windows didn’t open in there. So I slept on the couch both nights. The cabin was very quaint and clean. Didn’t enjoy the one ply toilet paper, no extra trash bags, one kitchen towel. For the price though it’s very well worth it.

Great hidden gem! We were treated like family! Chuck and Steve are absolutely amazing!! Their hospitality truly made our stay one to remember. We got in some great fishing ? ? This will be a place that we will come back to over and over!

Besides some cobwebs. The whole place was beautiful! Comfortable beds! Plenty of space! Had a small gathering for my birthday and had no problems! They have both propane and charcoal BBQs. No coffee to make coffee in the morning. Not an issue just didn't know before hand. My kids loved it my husband and I loved it. Definitely recommend staying here. Right off the lake!

Wonderful, peaceful clean cabins on a beautiful lake. We stayed in the maple cabin and rented a pontoon for three hours. We had no complaints about anything. The guys that run it, Chuck and Stewart were very friendly and accommodating. I honestly cannot remember staying anywhere we enjoyed more.

We were in the "oak" cabin, 4 days & 3 nights, Monday - Thursday. The cabin used to belong to the owner in the 1960's and we could tell it had quite a history. Other cabins on the property seemed much nicer but probably a bit smaller. If you want a place to fish Rainbow Lake and spend time on the water with a bed to sleep in, you'll do fine here. We weren't happy with our cabin, but I'm sure it might work for you.

Just had a wonderful visit at this resort! Chuck was a very friendly person and very accommodating. There was some issues with our plumbing and it being a Sunday evening, there was no way a plumber would be able to come. Chuck opened up the room next door to us that had an additional 2 bathrooms, AND he ended up giving me a discount for the inconvenience which I was not expecting at all. We didn't get a chance to rent a boat, but it looked like a lot of fun! My kids were able to swim a little in the lake right outside of our room, we fed ducks, and enjoyed the beautiful weather since we are coming from the horrendous heat of Tucson. We will definitely be back again for another visit!

We really Njoyed our 3 night 4 day stay felted right home. This was our 2nd year coming here the service an the welcoming was great.the room was clean had all the,amenities we need our dog Bear even loved it .Thanks Chuck
