So where do I begin. Beautiful hotel. Rude staff and management, but can overlook that for location and nice rooms. Until I unfolded an issue I couldn’t imagine. This place is infested with bed bugs. I was in multiple rooms that had the same problem, issue. I was bitten up and even had to get professionals to bomb my home after staying here. I showed pictures and rooms infested were shut down afterwards, because the problem was evident. The problem still exists here. Be careful!! Those things are a dangerous, scary problem!!

So many mixed reviews but we decided to stay here following a day at the Crayola Experience due to the proximity. Hind sight is 20/20 and now wish I had made a different choice. Arrived to find all parking lots full. Called to ask the front desk where we should park and was advised on the street somewhere, which is metered. Fine. We parked and spent the afternoon at Crayola. Got back to the hotel a little after 4, check in time, to find more than a dozen people in line and 1 person at the front desk. They will not check anyone in until 4, even if rooms are available, from what I was told while waiting. It took 45+ min to get to the front of the line only to hear the room was not ready. It was not available until after 6. Get to the room and not 1 of the 3 TVs worked. Called down and was told housekeeping would be up, never saw anyone except an individual who walked into the room from a door adjacent to the stairwell that we were not told to check or make sure was locked. Agree with other comments that it’s drafty with insufficient lighting. The front desk staff was nice, and apologetic about the situation. But they are put in an unnecessarily stressful environment as during my 2 hours in the lobby waiting for a room, I overheard several conversations from patrons about expectations not being met.

Amazing experience came ah the way from Norfolk Virginia to get a massage gem kind healing center (check them out too) great place and location from day and night check front desk people to food spots nearby. Room was stupid big wish I got to use the bathtub definitely would come back.

Only cons was some leftover hair I found and the breakfast wasn’t hot just bagels and cereal. Orange juice was good though. Secure after 7pm quiet, gym was decent as well

They still have my wallet after 6 wks and 4 phone calls and refuse to mail it back to me-So I’m filing a police report. Oh, and woman claiming to be GM (she’s not) also woke us up claiming she needed our cc (we already paid). Can’t get actual GM on ph.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel from the front desk staff to the other guests staying at the hotel.
The rooms were clean inside n out except for a few little things that got overlooked, but it didn't affect our stay any. Only thing I was disappointed about was that it since I booked online I did not qualify for the free breakfast at the Cafe attached to the hotel, inside Heavenly bakery, we paid $30 each day for breakfast at Heavenly bakery n one of the days we were given day old heated bread n pastry that was inedible. When moone was eating from the hotel breakfast station but we hotel guests were denied the comp breakfast cause we booked online on the hotels website n even spoke with the front desk before finalizing the booking online. No, where online did it say no breakfast if you booked online. So all in all, that was the only disappointment we had with the hotel that we booked another stay in the future but unfortunately we booked online again so we will just bring in breakfast food n I will cook for less than $60 we spent at Heavenly.
So if you look for a luxurious hotel in the heart of Easton Pa that is dog friendly for a fee n service dogs are welcomed free of charge. I highly recommend the Grand Eastonian as I will be a permanent repeat customer.
Thank you to the staff for making my stay a memorable one.

Our stay was great- staff was kind and parking was easy.

My only complaint was the hot water; a minor concern but nonetheless, the water was ice cold and would get hot for a while but then would go back to cold. Not sure if any other rooms have this similar issue but ours did. Otherwise, no issues - Easton is a fun little city.

This place is a fantastic value. The room(s) were incredible. So much room to settle in. We paid for the suite and got 2 beds and 2 baths a living room and a kitchen. Ive paid more for normal Hotel rooms with literally just a bedroom and a bathroom. Staff was really great and friendly when we checked in and then we never heard anything from them. I hope every hotel experience is at least 1 100th of the one i had here. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Needed a hotel near the State Theater for a concert, and found the Grand Estonian via a search, just down the street rom the theater. Was a bit underwhelmed when I entered the lobby, as the lobby is pretty austere, but was overwhelmed with the room (though truly a suite). For the price, was an outstanding place to stay. Parking areas are a bit unusual, due to the downtown nature of the building, but nothing we couldn't quickly figure out.
