My husband and I were full service clients of June Beri in summer of 2023. Kasia and her team did an incredible job with our wedding, which had a LOT of moving parts (like multiple bands and other musicians), was very bespoke (160+ guests at a private residence), and on a tight timeline (less than 6 months). We also had some big last minute challenges from the weather, AND the fact that the bakery I chose to make our cake pulled out literally a few days prior to our wedding. Many of these things would have been an absolute disaster in someone else's hands, but with Kasia we hardly even noticed. We've been singing her praises ever since!

My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding... Get full service planning, and when Kasia makes a recommendation... just follow it!! Trust the professionals to create and execute an incredible event, and spend your energy actually enjoying your day.

In July of 2024, we decided we to get married in the backyard of our home in September. This not only meant enlisting many vendors in record time, but also introduced a menagerie of moving parts, that with our busy work schedules would have been unmanageable. Of all the decisions that went into our wedding day, enlisting the services of June Beri Events was the very best.

From our first consultation with Kasia, our blood pressure immediately began to ease. That night, we both slept better knowing that we had Kasia in our corner. Kasia's knowledge and experience while we navigated uncharted waters was invaluable. Whether it was by email, phone, video call or in-person—Kasia was on point, honest, and a true JOY to work with.

Kasia helped orchestrate, communicate with, and manage our many vendors with ease. And while we utilized her “day of” package, this did not keep her from being an incredible resource in helping us realize our vision for our day (choosing colors, linen material, centerpieces, etc.)

The many connections Kasia has made in the industry truly simplified our planning process and execution the day of. One example, Kasia worked directly with the owner of her go-to valet company, meeting him for an onsite walkthrough, and coordinated the entire parking logistics on our property. While we were a bit nervous about the cost of multiple valet staff, the quote was surprisingly low. Kasia also connected us with an incredible rental company who specializes in bespoke and antique furniture and decor—which completely elevated the look and feel of our day.

Our wedding day presented many challenging tests for even the most seasoned coordinator. For example, our generator gave out only a few hours before the first of 125 guests was expected to arrive. We don’t know how, but Kasia had a new generator onsite within the hour.

Meanwhile, our plans for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were derailed by weather. The rain meant having to pivot last minute—with the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all under our tent. These are only a few examples, but this change meant moving one hundred+ chairs, creating a new sense of flow, finding a new place for purchased decor that was initially meant to be used outside, coordinating with the catering staff on transitioning the space from ceremony-to cocktail hour-to reception, working with the valet staff to alter initial plans to limit the amount of time guests would be in the rain… it meant A LOT of changes with limited time.

I have to imagine that there’s no amount of planning that can prepare anyone for the unknowns the day will bring. Kasia has earned our utmost appreciation for all of her diligent work leading up to our wedding day—but our highest praise is reserved not only for her performance under the pressure these obstacles presented her—but also her ability to shield us from the stress of it all. Not to mention that our guests were completely unaware of any change in how the evening was meant to progress.

Without Kasia and her team, we know that the joy and sheer beauty of our day would not have been possible!

Wedding planning can be overwhelming at times, but Kasia helps hone you in, is easy to work with, and makes you laugh in the process. E-mails, phone conversations, video chats, and in person meetings were all professional, pleasant, and productive exchanges with Kasia. Our day-of-coordinator Morgan was invaluable to our efforts. She was super sweet and efficient. She kept detailed notes, told us where and when to go, and made sure everyone was on the same page. Without her, we would have been running around the lavender farm and the ceremony would have been twice as long and arduous. We are so grateful we chose June Beri Events and we highly recommend their services!

We can't thank Kasia and team enough for being such a huge help on our wedding day. It was VERY hot that day, and our wedding was all outdoors, but Kasia made sure everything went smoothly and that everyone was comfortable. She works fantastic under pressure and will get things done. A few highlights from that day: For the wedding, I wore lace gloves that were not fitting properly around my arm and Kasia quickly used her tools to tighten them up, making sure they fit well. Another thing I did last minute was order a small 2 tier cake to display during the reception, but I didn't have any flowers to decorate them with. I asked the florist if I could order some cake flowers but by that time it was too late. I brought some fake flowers from home that didn't really match and day of I asked Kasia if someone could help add them to the cake, and she managed to add REAL flowers to my cake in a beautiful way. To help with the heat, her assistant coordinator was standing there with a fan to help cool me off during photos and we also had cooling patches placed on us when we went into the bridal cottage for a break. There were many, many other things she helped out with not mentioned here, and Kasia and team were always working to ensure everything was perfect. There are a lot of last minute things that can pop up but she will make sure everything gets taken care of, and you won't need to worry about a thing. Everything went so smoothly and Kasia truly knocked it out of the park! We're very grateful to have worked with June Beri, thank you for being such a valuable part of our day!

Good news, your wedding planner search can stop because you found the best one in all of New Jersey. Our wedding venue was not a typical wedding setting/ballroom at all but with Kasia’s assistance, we were able transform it into a glorious site that had all our wedding guests’ jaws drop to make a lasting memory of the evening. I know this sounds biased because it was our wedding, but the number of times we heard in conversation “This is the BEST WEDDING I’ve been to” during and after our reception was all kudos to June Beri Events (JBE) bringing our vision to life.

June Beri’s goal is to bring the dream of your wedding to fruition. From our very first meeting, Kasia asked the right questions to really get our concepts down. Her and her team (Jill and Morgan) are very detailed oriented and through their methods, programs and tools, they help you really feel calm and prepared for your day go effortlessly. Once onboard, the JBE team worked in the background getting all our wedding vendors on the same page prior to the day; Making sure they lived up to their promises in our expectations and contracts. It is nice to have a third person with experience to ask the questions we might not have thought of and to think of the tiny details that may have slipped our minds about the day. Having gone to many weddings from friends / family past, we thought we had a handle on everything and a great timeline of how our wedding day would go, but Kasia EXPANDED on that timeline basically minute to minute so that everyone involved in our wedding knew what was going to be expected within the day and kept us organized.

I'm limited to the words I can write in this review because of Google character limits but the biggest aspect of Kasia that I can write about is that she is truly an authentic person who CARES. She keeps it real and isn’t afraid to let you or your vendors what needs to be done. She is amazing at what she does. Because she was able to establish a friendly relationship with us, she went ABOVE and BEYOND with her responsibilities many times and added little details to enhance our celebration when she could, because she knew we would benefit from it. She knows her clients’ wedding day are an important memory in their lives and the lives of their close ones, and she will do everything in her power to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience and time together. That is what Weddings are about, Great times. She is a jack of all trades and undeniably a wedding "firefighter." Experienced, a problem solver. The list goes on and on as far as what she can do for your wedding.

INVEST in her EXPERT services; the invaluable peace of mind you will attain far outweighs the expense. And bear in mind that her method of SPECIALIZED wedding management far outweighs any other person who says they can be your “Day-of Coordinator.” With the amount of detail that you need to bring your vision to life, you need someone that will take the time to get to know you and learn how to deal with at your personality. No one can handle all that information in a week or the day before. Be wary of people trying to sell you that for a cheaper rate. The detail and effort you give to June Beri, they will give you back 10-fold. We were honored they could be a part of our day.

And after reading all that above, if you are still debating about adding a wedding coordinator/planner to your wedding budget, I highly recommend you do it. It’s nice to have someone fully dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly for your wedding, and you absolutely can’t do it yourself as the wedding bride/groom. She will do all this work as a PROFESSIONAL representation of you, so all you have to worry about is saying “I Do” and smiling for pictures.
