I’ve been wanting to visit Australia and have friends on either coast. I called this agency because they were close to home and was severely disappointed. Although Sandy in the office was nice and pleasant enough, she really knew nothing about traveling to Australia. The itinerary she put together had us sleeping in airports and without transportation. I don’t think she even knew where Australia was on a map. She made a comment about most people who came in looking for a trip to Australia never booked it because it was too expensive. I honestly think they just went somewhere else to book like I am today. No offense but I think Sandy should find another line of work
