We rented the Dohl table set up and dohljabi game and our experience was great! Everyone was super helpful at Sheeroo! Only part I found difficult was the set up as I was going off a picture but it wasn’t exactly the same kit that I had rented. We had an amazing party and everyone complimented the decor. We would definitely recommend especially if you don’t want to buy all the separate items. We added my son’s shoes, apples, pears, a balloon garland, his name sign and cake. But otherwise everything else came with it and it was neatly organized.

I held my baby’s first birthday party here. It was a perfect day—delicious food and a clean venue, which made for a great celebration.

However, the preparation process wasn’t smooth. I had to make several calls, and while I was given some explanations, the response I got often felt like, "Just figure it out on your own." I was expecting a pre-meeting or more guidance, but instead, it felt like everything was rushed in the direction other people had already followed.

Since this was my first child, everything was new to me, and I was disappointed by the lack of more detailed assistance when I asked questions.

I wish there was a system in place where we could discuss things like the schedule and order of events, rather than just receiving what’s provided without much communication.

My wife and I catered from Sheeroo for my daughter's one-year birthday.

Overall, the food was exactly as advertised and they came on time, i.e. one hour before our event started on a Saturday.

A couple of misses though:

(1) a mix-up of the banners for the dohl-sang we requested - they gave us the wrong one here again and asked me to pick it up instead of dropping off the correct one themselves, and

(2) they gave us five less dduk boxes than we ordered and switched up the quantity w/ the prices - they did eventually correct this and delivered the missing 5 dduk boxes to our venue.

But overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

What a place to be in the summer! It has games, it has food, it has comfortable seats, it’s great! I love their shaved ice cream, fluffy like snow, tastes better than snow! I love this place so much and I always get their waffle and shaved ice. Would totally recommend! It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends!

Try to give any place at least one visit. Did not like the Bingsu especially it contained what seems like jam in my strawberry Bingsu. I like my Bongsu to be light and fluffy. The green tea wasn’t much better. The coffee was okay but nothing special. The dining area was clean and the employees helpful. It is in the middle of Broad Ave. So you have to park on a meter. There are so many places around Broad Ave so it needs to be better. Unfortunately, I can not recommend. Perhaps, I will give it another try in the future.

As far shaved ice, bingsoo, goes in the area, I think Sheeroo is the best. Their execution seems to be more consistent and delicious than their competitors. And their variations actually are good rather than gimmicky like some other places. However, I will say that it's not shaved ice in the sense of Korean style where they actually use ice, but this is more like shaved milk.
