I enjoyed the Manhattan tour with my church people for one and a half days. Though the weather was cold, we stopped by the important attractions and came to know Manhattan better. I had visited a couple of times before, but that was superficial. However, this time was meaningful because the tour guide, Sungjin Park, explained the history of Manhattan and related stories and managed the tour well. I wish to use Dongbu again when the chance comes.

The New York tour (two days(Feb. 19 $ 20) was so much fun and informative with the guide (Seong-Jun Park)! I recommend him for any tour in NY!

Scam. Some of the tour guides are horrible, racist people.
They will charge you $120 for something that costs $20. They will threaten to force you to stay on the bus while others do their activities if you try to buy tickets directly from the business instead of them.
And so much more. If you want a tour, pick a different one.
The bus is old and dirty.

I’ve arranged booking a domestic tour for my niece from Korea. She waited an hour and half at the pick up spot without any notifications from the tour company. When she finally got on the bus, she was told by the guide that she had to pay extra money for a hotel room because there’s no one can share the room. They should’ve given a heads up so that my niece could prepare before it happens. Very unorganized and unprofessional service. I’d never recommend this company to other people. Horrible!

I visited Niagara falls, the tour guide was not bad, he was friendly. But the bus which went to the Niagara was terrible. It was really disgusting(I saw someone's toenails fall off the chairs), the oldest model I’ve ever seen in my entire life, loud engine sound, malfunctioned air conditioner, and bad smell from backside. All in all, everything regarding bus just ruined my travel. It was waste of money. The lunch, Chinese buffet, was the worst. They used low quality smelly meat. To sum up a long story, I will never go to anywhere with Dongbu Tour again.

I went to Washington DC and Niagara Falls last week. Our tour guide was very professional and kind. The hotel was clean and the location of hotel was very close to Niagara falls. We really had great experience. Thank you.

Their tour bus was extremely uncomfortable. Only go if you want to be ripped off. What a waste of money! Couldn't stand the tour guide trying to flirt with me and take me out for a drink.

What a terrible company! Complete ripoff! My family unfortunately trusted them cause they were afraid to drive in New York traffic. What they did was charge us a lot of money just to quickly view many of the most important stops in New York as they quickly drove by them and our pictures turned out terrible due to the speed of the vehicle and the windows not opening. Many on the bus were unhappy and chose to leave. They did not even visit the World Trade Center, where I was hoping to pay respects to a 9-11 victim I once knew. They did not have permission to park anywhere, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and would tell us to quickly get on the bus before NYPD showed up. They got us on a boat to the statue of liberty but it did not stop there. They kept us from going far into Central Park, we literally got to see the entrance before we had to leave. Brought us to a cheap buffet and an art museum that we had to pay extra for, but we chose not to go in. Took us to George Washington park, which was lame and I'd have preferred they stopped at the WTC instead. The only thing they did right was the Empire State Building, but once again we had to rush on the bus before NYPD gave them a ticket. The tour guide was a real idiot! All he did was make a lot of bad jokes that had me cringing a lot! When we had enough they would not even have the bus driver take us back to the hotel when they were doing busy work (like the art museum we didn't enter and a final restaurant we had to pay extra for). THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM SO I'D ADVISE YOU TO AVOID! I wish I read their reviews before we booked them but my parents kept me in the dark about their information.
