Airboat Adventures - Spanish Fort, Alabama

We had our airboat adventure today in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Mark our captain/tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area. He took his time to explain and answer all of our questions. We saw a couple of gators and baby gators ? as well as different kinds of birds ?, ? Boat is very clean and well maintain. We felt safe the whole ride. Highly recommend 10/10.

Captain was extremely knowledgeable. We all had a great time and learned a considerable amount about the mobile river delta ecosystem along the way. We saw multiple alligators in all stages of life and as well as many native bird species. We also learned about the impressive migratory patterns of osprey.

Vacation 2023, July 19 was one of the funnest, family adventure days we've ever had, thanks to Captain Mark. There were 4 in our family group, 3 adults and our 6 year old. We booked the 1 hour eco/nature tour. We wanted to book back to back with the Fun Run tour but sadly that time slot was already booked. But we were told that the eco tour had it's share of fast turns zipping through the swamp. We definitely were not disappointed. There were several times we found ourselves "flying" safely through the swamp, expertly maneuvered by Captain Mark. We made several stops along the way through out the swamp exploring the different flaura, fauna & creatures. Mark explaining all about it & patiently answering questions, especially from our 6 year old. We stopped in the middle of a bunch of Lotus lilies. He picked one for our son while explaining about the lilies if the swamp. We stopped and explored creatures and viewing nesting birds. Fortunately we were treated with seeing several alligators along the way. We will definitely be back for vacation 2024 & this time we'll be sure to book the eco tour & the fun run back to back! Captain Mark, you rock!

This adventure was absolutely wonderful: the weather, the bay, the wildlife, the captain. We loved everything. However, we were his last tour of the season, but you need to put this fun on your calendar for next year!

Airboat Adventures was fantastic. We went with our 8 and 10 year old and it was loved by all. The Captain did a great job informing and pointing out ospreys, alligators, and we even saw a mama alligator and her babies. We did the hour eco tour. Highly recommend!

Captain Mark was very knowledgeable, fun and family friendly! Answered any and all questions that were thrown his way. He help point out the wildlife and even deeply explained the nature of certain plants/vegetation.

Easy booking over the phone. Great price. Just the right length of time out on the boat. Nice captain. Saw 3 gators and the giant lilly pads were cool too.
