We just returned from a family vacation in Aruba. This was a long time in planning and alot of work on the part of Ruby's Travels Team. I used Rubys Travel to take a trip to Italy w my girlfriends it was absolutely amazing everything was set up for us , from two different fabulous air bnbs to ending in a villa in Tuscany. Our excursions were set up for three days including a driver to see several different cities and historical must sees! The trip went so smoothly not a hitch. Everything we wanted to do and see on this trip was set up for us. I used them again to travel to London and the experience was just as fabulous , our gal Renee knows her stuff I wont travel any other way now, not only is the travel excellent but her knowledge and customer service was professional , kind and she gave wonderful suggestions for a incredible experience . Ruby's Travel helped my friend and I set up a dream ski vacation in Colorado at a great price. The staff was super friendly and professional. From the planning and keeping us informed about potential COVID-19 restrictions, the staff was on top of all necessary requirements for travel. We used Ruby's Travel to book our Honeymoon to Greece. They made this process so seamless and stress free for us while planning a wedding. I’m sure RubysTravel is a great company but I would NOT recommend Teri Boyd as a travel agent. My husband and I booked 60 people for our wedding through her and wish we never did. She had no communication skills, she was unknowledgeable about the resort and documentation we needed to enter the Dominican Republic. When things did not go right down in DR during our check in, Teri would not answer my phone calls or text messages. The hotel fixed our problems, not her. She booked my parents in 2 double beds when they put in for a king bed room. There were many times throughout the wedding planning where she miscommunicated to our guests and to ourselves. We never write negative reviews but being a bride and a groom, we hired someone to make our travel less stressful, however she made my travel more stressful than ever before.

I called Ruby needing help with our trip to the Bahamas. I had called a few others before I called Ruby and she was the only person who answered the phone all the other travel businesses were horrible. Ruby answered my call and got me the best price and helped me with everything! She is in my opinion the best in the business. Her staff was on top of everything thankfully because its been some time since I have traveled and I would have been in a real bad place if I didn't have her and her awesome employees helping me through everything!
