I just started riding with this bus and it's the second day I am on time and this driver of the 7:30 am bus threw me off stating sir the bus is full. I asked the driver Nicely if I can check myself and he said no I count tickets on my phone. So I asked him if I can stand he said no I explained to the driver I have to be on time at work before 9:00 am and he threatened me if I don't step down from the bus he will ban me from coach usa. So I am asking you is that called customer service!!!

Went here because they sold shortline tickets, however the hours are very incovenient and not easily found on the coach bus website. Also parking is confusing and I'm sure they will happily ticket you.

Bus to Albany is at 11:30 AM from the opposite side of the road.
