Aimee absolutely crushed it for my 50th! She transformed our home into the most elegant and gorgeous setting for an intimate, sit down dinner. Guests were in awe over the tablescapes, decor and cuisine. Aimee handled all the vendors and contracts with patience and ease - it was such a pleasure to not have to worry about the many details and logistics. She is truly special as she cares so deeply about curating a beautiful experience, and you see that in all the little touches, late night emails and how much heart she puts into each part of the event.
She is also a seasoned professional and will give you sound advice on decisions regarding budget. I really appreciated her honest feedback on decisions to make and where to invest and where to cut back.
On the day of the event, her staff was so professional and efficient - it was so nice to relax and know the evening was in great hands!! Thank you Aimee!

I recently used The Perfect Shindig for my daughter’s small and intimate 16th birthday celebration and was thoroughly impressed with their service. Aimee began by meeting with my daughter to get a sense of her interests, which she used to propose the perfect theme. She did a fantastic job bringing a black and gold theme to life, infused with a creative nod to my daughter’s love of books in the decorations. The thoughtful touches made it a hit with everyone!

Aimee was quick to reach out once I filled out an inquiry. Because we only had a month before my son’s 1st birthday, we quickly set a date to discuss themes, budgets, and expectations. She went above and beyond, bringing up ideas that would add special touches to the event!

I had such a beautiful wedding with Aimee’s help! She helped us with day of coordinating, but really she jumped in a month before the big day and helped organize every detail. It was so easy to communicate the many moving pieces with her, and she graciously answered the many questions I had. Hire the party planner! It took all the stress out of planning my 40th. Aimee is extremely professional, organized, responsive, efficient and above all can execute (flawlessly!).
