Traveling from out of town and my check oil light came on. Stopped in at the Jiffy Lube and had the best experience. The entire staff was super friendly and so helpful. They assessed my car took care of the issue and sent me on my way. Jim and Brian were great!

I get quality service when I’m at jiffy, plus free coffee and popcorn.
Employees at this location are always friendly and beyond helpful without trying to charge you for things you don’t need.

They were nice and got the job done quickly.
My only complaint is they told me my air filter was full of particulates so it should be replaced, so I asked them to put the old filter in my van so I could look at it . I'm a senior citizen and they just took advantage of my age saying the filter was bad . They had actually thrown it out so I wouldn't see it and when they took it out of the trash and showed it to me , it wasn't even dirty ! I live off of Social security and I didn't need to spend an extra $35. for a filter it didn't need ! If corporate headquarters reads this , which they won't, they should reimburse me for the price of the filter , $35.

DON'T GO HERE!!!!
I should have learned my lesson. I will never go back to jiffy lube anywhere. The last 3 or 4 oil changes have been there. In one oil change they lost a part to my oil filter and just put it together without. Next oil change I buy a replacement oil filter cover when it was discovered missing. And they remove the air filters to try to up sale. I decline as always and they did not put the cabin filter back in. This time I go in and they tell me there is no cabin filter. Told them they obviously never put it back in last time. They offered to sell me a new one. THEY LOST IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! I watched them replace the oil filter and I had to tell the guy to put the cap back together properly because he was about to leave out the same piece they did the last time I had to replace the cap. They didn't put my glove box back together after finding they lost the cabin filter, and in the process of taking it apart they broke it. I am not going back to have them fix it only break it more. They guy underneath tightened the plug so much I had to put a half inch breaker bar on it to loosen it up and tighten it properly.
They guy dealing with customers came across as a slimy used car salesman. It was like a scene out of a funny gag movie making fun of places like that. I won't be surprised to find more things messed up. The guy before me they they dropped a filter wrench on the battery or starter and it sat on it arcing for a bit.

Everybody did a great job for oil change to the front disc brakes. Very informative very helpful. James is a great mechanic , He deserves praise for what he does. Brian and Dave did a fantastic job helping me out with the bill. We will be back again..
