Betty is fantastic! I have booked several trips with her and each has been flawless and under budget each time. Not only did she make sure my family and I were kept up to speed each step of the way but also provided valuable insight for the first-timers that were traveling with us. Betty also arranged car services in multiple locations as well as hotel stays.

As someone who is usually very hands-on and micromanages planning a trip (which I admit I did during the first trip we did a while back and probably drove her bonkers) I get to enjoy relaxing before because now I just ask Betty to plan something and I don't have to do anything except write a check.

This is the way that travel and vacationing is supposed to be.

We booked a cruise with this travel agent, and we were assured that everything was included in the price. However, when I called the cruise line to confirm, I discovered that it wasn’t, which ended up costing us an additional $1,000. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with a series of excuses that changed every time. Once she learned we had already paid the cruise line directly, she apologized , took responsibility for the mistake, offering NO further assistance, refund or solutions. Extremely disappointing experience that has cost us a significant amount of stress and money!

Cardinal Tours is a great Travel Agency. I have been using them for many years. Betty is a great travel Agent she is also the owner. She had gotten me unbelievable deals on Cruises and always gone the extra miles for us. I highly recommend her.
