Best price I found in the area. The team was very communicative and responsive through all the stages of the process. They were right on time at pickup and got me where I needed to be with time to spare. Would highly recommend and use them again. The SUV was roomy and immaculately clean. My driver was super friendly but not overly talkative. This company kept it real, would give more stars if I could 🙏 ✨

I wish I had found Sussexpress years ago. They made making the arrangements so easy that I was a little skeptical... on the contrary, they're just exceptional at this. On time, helpful, personable, effective, dependable. We had to make changes due to flight issues - Sussexpress made our concern their own, and supported our new schedule with a very helpful, friendly and concerned voice on the other end of the phone. From booking to drop off at the end of the night, the Sussexpress team was so kind and communicated very clearly. Everyone was very kind, the shuttles were clean, and the drivers were on time (if not a few mins early for pick!) Will def book again for shuttle needs. One driver let me and my now fiance wait in the van for a couple mins so we weren't waiting freezing outside for our family first look. Definitely recommend!!

Great Experience! 10/10! Sussexpress was very responsive, helpful and provided a great service. Their shuttles were very clean, the drivers were very kind, and most importantly they were right on time for my wedding party. They provided a great service and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service. We had a horrible experience with another 'well-known' shuttle service and we were wary of using another shuttle service.
We decided to give Sussexpress a try and I'm glad we did. Our drop off driver, was 3 minutes early and we were so relieved he was there on time.
Our pickup at Newark was waiting for us as we walked out the doors - unbelievable. Both drivers were great, and we had a fun chat with our evening driver who drove us home. She was funny and we enjoyed her company.
100% will use the company again and recommend them to everyone.

Sussexpress was great! Their prices are fair. They are responsive and their drivers were friendly and professional. The Van's were newer and spotless! We will definitely use them again and again. It is worth not having to drive to Newark Liberty Airport ourselves.

Very bad experience. Scheduled a 7am pickup from JFK. No one showed up until 10 am. Each phone call about were they were provided a new excuse. A follow up call to the office resulted in a rude exchange with the person who answered the phone, saying we should just be happy someone picked us up eventually. REALLY! We should have been provided a discount for our inconvenience not a comment saying we were lucky someone showed and didn't leave us stranded. You can't trust a service who thinks it is okay to leave a customer stranded. DO NOT use this service.
