I was looking for a restaurant with the view of the lake and it was a Monday windy day, so I only happy to sit inside and watch the lake from a distance. The pot pie was excellent, as well as the carrot cake. The service was the best, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for the area.

beautiful place and tasty food!

I visited this place with my hubby, brother and my dog. We looked around this area where is really beautiful and went to this restaurant. Because of dog, we sit outside which was nice with good weather. Their food was really good. It was not the lunch or dinner time so we just ordered some appetizer and beers. They have their own beer which my brother and hubby really loved. Nachos was really good. I didn't expect at all but very nice.
The staff was very kind, too (and she loved the dog a lot haha)

We had a great time in this place 🙂 Thank you.

First time here for New Years day with family, and first and foremost, the location is great! Practically overlooking the lake. The woodwork inside is really nice and has a lively yet cozy atmosphere. The food was good too! Their Nachos were some of the best I have ever had. All of us were pleased with our food. Our server was great. We did order appetizers and lunch, and it all came out together it took about 30+ minutes, which was surprising since we ordered immediately and the crowd died down once we arrived. I'm not sure what the issue was. I do still recommend this restaurant and they do suggest reservations which we did.

A local brewpub that serves good food and good drinks. Their beers are tasty and solid without being revolutionary or mind blowing. Beer snobs will be disappointed, but those who enjoy good local beer will enjoy it and be very appreciative. The food is flavorful and varied and service is friendly. This is a great spot if you're local or visiting Sparta and Lake Mohawk.

I recently dined at Krogh's Restaurant & Brew Pub for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The French onion soup was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and topped with perfectly melted cheese. The steak was cooked to perfection, and their seafood options were fresh and flavorful. The location was charming, and the restaurant's authentic design added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

Met some friends for Friday night dinner. Enjoyed our dinner choices, shrimp and grits and a pork belly sandwich. Friends had ribs and bratwurst platter. Homemade root beer and fresh iced tea. Our waitress was exceptional, really helpful and attentive without being overwhelming. When she heard the rib order, she RAN to the kitchen to secure one of the last racks for my friend. I forgot her name, but she was the best part! The seating is tight in the room with bar and it was a little loud, but overall liked the ambiance. There was some live music, but we couldn't really hear it well. We weren't close enough, and it got a little drowned out by the tight chatter. My only dislike was parking. The whole street was packed and we had to park on a side street kind of far and down a hill. I realize it was a Friday night, so I get it - but it was raining so I was a little agitated. Not the restaurants fault.🤷‍♀️

What a great lunch! The food was fresh and delicious. The Brisket burger was one of the tastiest I've had and the french onion soup was also excellent. Customer service was exceptional from the entire staff. The hostess was super friendly and informative about the restaurant's history. First commercial business in the area since 1927! Our waitress was very patient and friendly. Even the other waitress there took great care of us. Very clean, super friendly, great drink selection and great food! Highly recommend and will be coming back soon. Thanks to everyone there, we really enjoyed our lunch!

We came on Wednesday for lunch 🥗 and find parking and place was amongst empty and we were very happy about 🙂 our waiter was very nice friendly and helpful woman. Told us story about this place and said that in weekends it is crazy busy and hard to find parking ( I really believe it is because it is very few parking in whole area). We had very lovely time and I wonder why people even put bad reviews about this place. All food was fresh tasty and served very fast. I wonder what people even expected when they came in this pub in the weekend when it is super busy?!
I really like this pub inside it is reminded me UK 🇬🇧 a lot 🙂
we had : 1) Turkey sandwich on a ciabatta with bruschetta, arugula,Mozzarella and a balsamic glaze; served with a side of fries (portion was huge!!) our relatives from uk and Greece were shocked how big it was and regret that did not take one and split it 😆 2) French onion soup (was good) 3) House-Made Chips & Guacamole (and it was super really) 4) Southwest Chicken Wrap plus guacamole 🥑 (I really enjoyed it) 5) Baja Fish Wrap with potato salad 🥗 (my husband liked it too). So 5 starts because I loved our experience:) but there is transaction fee so be aware of it or bring cash 💵
