We had an amazing time at Ground Control Trampoline Park! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and packed with exciting activities for all ages. The trampolines are top-notch, and the ninja warrior course was a huge hit with my kids.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and fun experience for everyone. I also appreciated the separate areas for younger kids, making it a great place for families.

If you’re looking for a fun, active outing in a safe and energetic environment, I highly recommend Ground Control Trampoline Park. We can’t wait to come back!

My kids love this place and we bring them regularly. I was disappointed with management this time around. They had one girl working concessions all by herself on a busy Saturday night. Trash was overflowing everywhere and management just chatting it up at the front. Do better people your taking advantage of kids- young adults wanting to actually work! This was the poor girl the whole time we were there 10 deep in the line.

We threw my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was such a great choice. We chose the party package for 10 jumpers in the bay area. A party host, wristbands and socks, pizza and drinks were all included. Our party host, Shiv was a great help and so sweet. She was so useful with the setup and just overall attentiveness. Not only did the kids have a great time, the adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. I’m sure a lot more visits and future parties will be held here from multiple families that attended our party as well as us. Thank you Ground Control for making this such an awesome and memorable experience for my daughter and her friends.

Zee at Ground Control Trampoline Park is an absolute superstar! From the moment we arrived for our birthday party, Zee's warm and welcoming presence put everyone at ease. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly she managed the transition from energetic playtime on the trampolines to the refueling station of pizza and cake. It was the smoothest and least chaotic birthday party we've ever hosted, and we wholeheartedly believe it was all thanks to Zee's exceptional hosting skills. If you're planning a party at Ground Control, do yourself a favor and request Zee, she truly made all the difference and turned a good party into a fantastic one! We can't thank her enough!

My family and I had an amazing time at Ground Control! The place was clean, well organized, and perfect for all ages. Staff was friendly and safety was top priority. Great spot for fun and burning energy. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Great Place, My daughter love it. I got the membership, and I think is a pretty good price for the terms.. Good Location, Clean place, and they have enough employees to keep everything running smoothly, plus enough employees to run almost all of the rides even on the quietest days, I personally take my daughter there almost every day, we use it as a form of exercise for at least an hour after school because she goes to school 1 mile away from this place, and I can assure you that whatever day and whatever time it is, you will find employees staffing all areas, which is great because there are rides that are only accessible when there is an employee, for example, climbing or zip lining.

I took my 2 year old because I had heard good things about this place. It was my first visit. It was super crowded with a long ticket line. It was also hard with a little one because bigger kids were everywhere playing chase and being very crazy/dangerous with nobody seemingly monitoring. I finally found a little corner my daughter and I could safely play. That is when a young woman came up to me and scolded me for not having on their branded socks. I had read on the website (I guess not carefully enough) that you had to have the proper jumping socks. I had a pair that I brought and purchased a pair there for my daughter. I explained to the woman that it was my first visit, and asked if she could forgive it this time and I would purchase the socks next time. She said no and that I should have read the signs. I told her I had not seen them and the staff at the front desk had not mentioned it. I explained that I was having a difficult time even staying because there was not much to do there safely with my two year old, and asked again if she could just give me a break since I would not be there for long. She said no and that was the policy. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager. It was not really about the socks - it was the way in which the woman treated me and her total lack of care. They had kids acting totally wild and dangerously all around me and they had long lines of people waiting - but she was concerned about my socks. I was just a mom with one baby - in a tiny corner - trying to do at least anything there that would be safe for my daughter. I work in hospitality - and this woman did not have any politeness or compassion. It was very disappointing. I then went over to get a piece of pizza at the snack bar, and noticed the tables were full. There was another area with seats on a second level and I asked the girl working at the snack bar if we could sit up there. And she said "I don't know. I just work at the snack bar so you need to ask someone else." That was just another unfriendly encounter with the staff. It seems like they also need to focus more on training their staff than worrying about a lady in the corner with a baby not wearing their branded socks.

We had a birthday party celebration there this Past Saturday at the Mezzanine room and we were wowed by the service Lyle provided to my guests. Food was delivered promptly and hot! They accommodated my son who has a dairy allergy and brought us chicken strips for him! Elena and Josh were also super helpful in extending our jump time and the kids has a Blast! All ages, no exceptions!
