I had an amazing stay at this Hilton! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by how beautiful the entire space is. The pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and my room seemed newly updated, with all the amenities I could ask for. A special shoutout to Amelie and Althea – they were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. The only downside was that the whirlpool in the pool area wasn't working, and the parking was a little confusing at first. But overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Overall great facility. I stay here on average once a month. I travel 3 weeks a month for work and can stay anywhere I want in the area. This is my go to while in NJ. Service has always been OUTSTANDING which is why I keep coming back. Special mention to Mina in the restaurant. He always goes out of his way to take care of me while I’m there and is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He truly has been instrumental in my decision to keep staying at this location. There are many options out there. It is always great to have employees that keep customers coming back.

The Hilton East Brunswick is an amazing hotel with exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, Althea at the front desk greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel truly welcome. She kindly handed me two bottles of water and was incredibly helpful with anything I needed, always courteous and professional. Her hospitality made such a great impression that I chose to stay here, and I’m so glad I did!

Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is fantastic. The pool is wonderful, the lounge is elegant, and the entire atmosphere is both luxurious and comfortable. What’s even better? It’s surprisingly affordable compared to other hotels offering this level of luxury. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay in the area! ❤️

Highly recommend!! My company hosted an all day seminar for 100+ individuals with 20 vendors. We offered attendees/vendors a continental breakfast and lunch sandwich buffet. Stacey, our event contact and Mery, from catering went above and beyond! We are so pleased with everything. Our company will be back next year!

It’s the worst 4-star hotel I experienced. We attended for Dance Competition for 3 days.
The first day was early check in.

On our first night, the toilet flushing Made loud noise and run water all the time and spilled out. The people replaced the new equipment twice. It took long time till 9pm. but we need to get up early next day.

My foot was pricked by something hard inside carpet. It’s like a nail that can’t take off. So I covered a towel to protect my kids foot. I don’t want to waste time to call and wait and fix again.

The bed frame was broken. It’s wiggled and lift up when sit on the right side You only can sit and lay from the left side.

The Starbucks don’t offer the regular menu on Starbucks Store. There is long line for one person to serve order and make food and coffee.

The restaurant only offer simple food and terrible taste. The restaurant charge the service fee directly. So if the people can’t read the bill, and will pay extra tips.

2 hotel elevators out of 4 were broken. Only 2 are functional but too small for all the dancers and parents go up and down frequently.

The swimming pool and spa room is dirty.

The labors are nice but the hotel facility and condition was terrible!!!!

I stayed at the Hilton East Brunswick Hotel and Executive Meeting Center since it was close to a dance competition I was attending. Although the front desk staff were nice, the check-in was a challenge. First, when I got to my assigned room after check-in, the room I was given was not clean. So I walked back down and got a new room. When I went to enter that newly assigned room, neither one of the keys worked. So I started to walk back down; however, ran into a maintenance worker who was able to go back down and get new keys. Then, when I got into my room, it was hot and stuffy and the AC didn't work. It would not turn on. Eventually, it was fixed, but it was still an experience, especially with the hotel being so large and spread out; it's not easy to get to and from the front desk. Further to the frustrating check-in process, the hotel is old and dated, it appears dirty from the carpets to the walls, to the tile etc... . The elevators worked sometimes and you had to say a prayer every time you were in one. | I'm shocked Hilton allows it to use the Hilton name. It is not up to par with Hilton standards and I certainly will never stay there again. Again, the staff were very friendly but the hotel needs help!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a terrible experience at the FRONT DESK of the Hilton hotel. I went to the Hilton hotel for an event that lasted slightly over an hour. After parking my car for the event, I attempted to pay for parking at the pay station machine after the event was over, but the machine did not accept my ticket. However, the amount to pay is very small $x value. Hence had to go to front desk to get some assistance. They asserted that they have the ability to validate the ticket and demanded payment of $$ Y amount, which is over twice the actual price. Upon questioning, they were not giving the correct response and those women were not wearing any name badges. They just want to LOOT money from people who attended the event which is ridiculous. I requested them to call the General manager. However he didn’t come and these ladies were making it up as saying he is off the shift.
I never expected a hotel like Hilton to do this.
