They going to have a defensive driving class thru AARP. I called 2 different times I was given the run around,I called today now they say they are booked. 🤬🤬🤬. Luckily there’s other places

If I could rate this a no star I would. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and nasty when I called for information for my senior mother. She said she only does transportation for Spotswood residence which I understand. But when I asked for more information about her program so I could maybe past it on to others that could benefit. She had an attitude and refused to give me any information then hung up on me. I would not give them business if they treat people like this over the phone. I can imagine what it’s like In person.

It is a location for AARP tax preparation. Pay attention to where you park and don't miss the entrance located on the side of the building. It is not as disability friendly as I believe it should be. I had to pick up a prep packet to fill out before AARP will do your taxes. They were very efficient. It was much larger than I anticipated. An alternative to the libraries that also have AARP doing tax returns.
