Amazing venue!! Very well organized and staff were very friendly!! It was so pretty and had a great time!! You need a venue and u live in the area this is your place!! My uncles wedding had cocktail hour with hot and cold food!! (Got confused and thought it was the reception lol). Menu had an appetizer,,3 entrees to choose from, sundue bar and the cake that they had! Pretty awesome!! Thanks I'm married but if I get a friend who needs a venue I'll send them your way!!

I went to many different places prior to The Windsor Ballroom and on our first time there we new this would be the place we would have our cocktail and reception. Tara showed us around, sat with us and went over everything the packages included (so much included for your money!), answered any questions we had, had the Chef come down with a sample and he told us where he went to school, how long he's been doing working there and everything. Tara also introduced us to everyone that would be involved in helping with our special day. Everyone there was so amazing! They instantly become like family! Tara and I emailed and talked on the phone numerous times for any questions I had about any and all parts of my wedding planning. Amazing staff, and stress free when you use The Windsor Ballroom, plus you get so much for your money!!!! We even went to a food tasting prior to signing or putting any money down! Everyone at my wedding was impressed by the amount of food and how great it all tasted as well as the amount of space provided for the event. Also the dance floor is big too! We had 180 guests that fit and were able to move around easily without feeling squished! They always treat you like you are the only bride they are working with and like you are family. 🙂 We highly recommend anyone looking for a great friendly, bang for your buck, amazing food and service to use The Windsor Ballroom!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Windsor Ballroom. I recently got married at this venue and my wedding was fabulous, due to their staff. I was worried because of COVID, but I had my wedding just in time. My guest said my wedding was the WEDDING OF THE YEAR. The food was phenomenal and plentiful, the venue was budget-friendly, and the staff were very attentive. Their renovations and decor were out of this world. I would like to thank Mollie Wurmbrand, Elizabeth Benney, Jordan Camargos, Catarina Matias, Andrea Maturo, Maria Alvarado, and the one who saved the day, Jessica Abrams. A few things went wrong with a vendor I hired and Jessica stepped right in and saved the day. I highly recommend this venue.

Our Wedding took place on July 21, 2023. Our experience with the Windsor Ballroom wedding coordinators and staff was superb. On our first consultation with Anjelica we loved it so much that we signed the contract right away. She was extremely caring and personable and so was Amanda.

They kept communicating with us making the wedding planning process so smooth and stress-free with all the help. This venue offered so much that we basically only needed to book a few vendors on our own. I was really nervous when I started to look for venues and once I met Anjelica she gave me so much reassurance, I felt confident and that really made a difference.

On our wedding day our guests were speechless with the amazing service and the amenities offered. We had our beautiful courtyard wedding ceremony, our cocktail hour a few steps away and our Reception in the ballroom area. My guests loved that everything was in the same place and that when they arrived there was ample parking and a beautiful lobby to welcome them.

The food at this venue is excellent. I’ve been to countless weddings and the food is never impressive. My guests were raving about the variety of food and how good and tasty it was. They are still talking about it.

Marvin was our banquet manager. He was outstanding to say the least. Marvin was on top of the schedule to make sure everything was running seamlessly on our wedding day. This guy secured my wedding dress bustle like a pro as I had put away my phone and couldn’t get my sister to do it. My Bridal suite was perfect. It was so big! My parents and sisters were able to go and spend some time with me before the ceremony began. They delivered some champagne to the bridal suite to celebrate before the ceremony began.

We couldn’t believe everything we got for the value. My family called our wedding day a magical moment. This was such a positive experience for such an important event, we will forever treasure the memories.

After our wedding was over they sent wedding cake to our bridal suite and more champagne to enjoy during our stay. Thank you to Anjelica, Amanda, Marvin, Steven and all of the Windsor Ballroom staff. We are happy and so grateful. Stellar service with a heart.

My sons wedding was one of the if not the best my wife and l have ever been to. The food was great and ambiance was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms at the hotel were great and very clean.
I would highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom.

Nice size to accommodate a 150-200 person party with DJ. Attended a wedding 💒 there. Outside courtyard provided a nice esthetic for such an event. Side bar/appetizer area was definitely a 100% different vibe with a more modern atmosphere setting itself apart from the main ballroom

I recently celebrated my daughter's Quinceañera at the Windsor Ballroom.

After over a year of planning, it was beautiful to see everything come together so nicely!

Leading up to the party, I was very anxious, overthinking a few minor details, and just hoping that everything would turn out as planned. I must say, that from our first conversation, Marvin the Banquet Manager, put my mind at ease, speaking with him gave me the reassurance that it would all be amazing and there was no need to worry. He helped me stay on schedule, was very mindful of timing constantly checking in with me, and paying attention to every detail.

Marvin and his staff were very professional and the service was superb. The waiters and waitresses were all very polite and attentive at all times. There was more than plenty of delicious food - my guests were very happy!

My family will forever hold on to the beautiful memories made at the Windsor Ballroom!!
