Pretty poor experience. These guys were the only people in NJ that advertised GPU repair so I dropped my GPU on Thursday with a very simple power sensing fault, just needed one chip replaced on it. Also dropped off my motherboard with a resistor that fell off, hoping that it could be simply soldered back on. I was told I'd have a quote by Friday, and had my $60 diagnostic fee taken from me.

Friday rolls around, no call. Okay, they might be a little busier than expected. Closed throughout the weekend, and Monday. Come Tuesday, I call twice, no response. Called twice again Wednesday, no response. Call thrice on Thursday, no response. I explain the situation to my friend, and he decides to call, and they decide to pick up his call on the first call! Why are you guys actively ignoring my calls?

He tells me now that there is a main processor failure on the GPU. Now I'm confused, the GPU was displaying an image perfectly fine when I dropped it off, it just needed a simple chip replacement to be soldered off and back on!

So, now I drive another 45 minutes to go pick it back up. I find the resistor that fell off my motherboard graciously glued to it's proper place (this fell off with no prompt the same day). Now the GPU... it still has the factory seal on it, untouched! No attempt was made to repair, diagnose or even grasp the issue at hand. It was exactly the way I had dropped it off the week prior.

So now, I'm down $60. I feel scammed. The worst part is that someone else repaired my GPU in 2 days for only $75.

I took two iPad with two different issues. The repair shop's solution was to have both of their motherboard replaced. The shop would not reply to my emails or calls. They were closed on a weekday even though their website and the internet said they were open! I decided not to have my iPAD repaired after all by them.

I sent a phone in in July with a broken screen … at the the end of September after I conplained millions of time i finally got it back. I used it and the first time i turned it on, it said that the screen was not a certified piece … i paid no attention to it. Now the phone is not even usable because the screen is black (not turning on). Obviously I was an idiot to try to use their service … my bad

This place was a nice convenient place to get my phone repaired. Apparently, T-mobile doesn't fix phones anymore and send them out to a third party. Anyhow, after searching for a place, a friend from the neighborhood said he always brings his phones to this place, and they are quick and do a great job. He was right. They asked what kind of phone I had, and you could either leave a down payment or drop the phone off. They needed to order mine, but it would be ready the next day. I'm glad I dropped it off because the phone I told them I had was not even the correct model, so once they saw it, they were able to make sure everything was done right. They were super friendly and remembered me when I came back the next day. Highly recommend using them because they are quick and convenient, but also to support your small local business. Brought a MacBook for repair. Been told that it will be ready on Friday. Called Friday, they said they will call me back, and never did, same on Saturday, and same on Monday. I told them I’m going out of state Tuesday night, and they assured me it will be ready. Now I’m stock without a laptop, and I need a laptop for the trip. Today their door is closed and no one is answering calls or emails. Should have told me right away, I would take the business somewhere else. 0 Stars!!!!!!

I wanted to keep my cell phone for another year or so but the battery was not very efficient anymore. I called Matt and he said he had my battery in stock, to bring the phone in any time and he would have it replaced within 45 minutes. I brought it in and he was done in 15 minutes! It's like having a new phone again. Amazing price too. Highly recommended.

I've used CellTech twice in the last 4 months. Matt is a "Life Saver"!! Both times he got my wife and I out of a jam! 1rst my wife's laptop had gotten compromised and then just last week I had an issue with one of my hard drives quitting on my laptop.

He was able to remove the issue with the compromised laptop...
Unfortunately for my laptop, the drive was unable to be saved. He did put in a new larger drive and replaced my battery which was not working and he recommended a service which may be able to recover my data from the faulty drive. His pricing is exceptionally fair. He is not looking to take advantage of someone who is in a bind. $60 up front for the diagnostic, which he states will go towards the final cost if any other work needs to be done and he stands to his word.

I will not say what the final cost of my services was (as not to mislead anyone into trying to establish a price for their computer issue) but, rest assured, I was pleasantly blown away at his final cost! I could not have purchased the items and done the work myself and saved any money.
