I had a great experience working with Phenomenal Moments Travel. I planned a surprise trip for my husband’s 35th birthday and Letitia had to deal with 16 people. Everyone talked about how responsive she was. She provided us with the necessary information to travel, including COVID protocols. The trip was well overdue. Got to my destination in Mexico safely, Thank God. Covid restrictions in place and well taken care of. Letitia Smith pretty much saved my long awaited vacations life! Once I arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spectacular. Cleaning service daily and room service. Who can ask for more. I did not enjoy the water selection but they accommodated me. I would book this trip again without hesitation. Definitely a phenomenal moment!
