We hired a car by the hour to take us to the World Series game at Yankee Stadium on October 29, 2024. From the first call, we were impressed with the customer service. Your office staff were very pleasant and called us back when promised and the price for the car was reasonable. Jimmy was our driver and from the minute he arrived he couldn’t have been more gracious and attentive. He ran a few minutes late but called us to advise us he was stuck behind school buses and we really appreciated him letting us know. In all he was maybe 5 minutes late but the phone call to advise us set the tone for the night. The car was comfortable and impeccably clean and he got us there smoothly and dropped us right at the stadium. When the game was over we reached out and he was parked about two blocks away which was a miracle considering how difficult parking is there. The ride home was smooth sailing and despite some traffic near the stadium we were home very quickly. He knows his way in and out of the city, is responsive and a great guy, which made an amazing night even better. We were able to kick back and relax and not worry about driving ourselves. It’s obvious that he and your entire team are customer service drive . We will definitely be using your company again- thank you for your excellent service!

Excellent experience this past weekend. We rented the Mercedes Sprinter van to pickup and drop off a wedding bridal party. The truck was very clean, the driver (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was a gentleman, Peter and his wife were very nice to work with.

First class service. The staff and driver were extremely courteous. This is how a business should be run. We called Express for a night out in Manhattan with 8 friends. The limo was brand new and very very clean. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for any event.

Our wedding was yesterday in Seaside Park. The island was on lockdown because of the explosion near the boardwalk. We were nervous if we would have transportation. When we called, they kept us calm and said they would do everything they could to be there. Our party bus was EARLY! No idea how he managed it but he was there and happy to bring me to my church. The bus was immaculate and spacious. My opinion to all looking to book this limo service. Ask for Eric to be your driver. He was happy to do anything in his power to make us comfortable and happy. What a fantastic experience!

Airport Service to EWR - Excellence all around!!! We had a simple request for Airport Service to EWR and we scheduled a drop off and a pick up. We got to EWR in plenty of time to ensure we had no issues and they did an excellent job!!! On the way back we scheduled a 1 AM pick up in which we had weather delays. I contacted them about the airport delay and they were right on top of things. Danny greeted us at the baggage claim with a luggage cart with our name waiting for us at 2:30 AM. With the weather delay, that was enough of an issue to worry about. We did not need to worry about getting home since Express Coach had us covered from start to finish. Thanks again and will use them again for future services.
