I felt extremely brushed off by the employees. I was given a big brochure for Celebrity Cruiseline, but it felt like I wasn't being taken seriously due to my age. I get it, younger people don't usually go to travel agents, but we deserve to be respected and treated the same as any other customer. It left a bad taste in my mouth because I genuinely wanted some ideas and good information, but all I got was a book and a "I'm really busy, so I'll reach out when I can." I don't know about you, but that statement made me feel like I wasn't worth their time.

Made appointment with Tina to discuss a cruise we wanted to take . It was a big deal to us as this was our first time cruising and we wanted to make sure we would have a great experience. She was very nice and knowledgeable but unfortunately she waited over a week to get back with us and then had no idea even when we wanted the cruise. I emailed her back the correct dates and she never did return my messages. Very disappointed...maybe the other agents are better but I won’t be going back.

Michele Peleras is incredible! She perfectly teed up a 7 national park, 14 day trip for my family. All of the accommodations she arranged met or exceeded expectations. Everything ran like clockwork. By taking the guesswork out for us, it allowed my family to completely enjoy a trip of a lifetime!

I don't recommend using this agency. After explaining I had been on two cruises in the previous year I was looking for another within the next year or two. I felt as though I was brushed off either due to my age or the fact that we were two men looking for a vacation, due to this I couldn't recommend using this agency.

My husband and I canceled our honeymoon trip in June due to the COVIT 19 issue. We have contacted multiple times reaching out to our travel agent Janet. She spoke with my husband a month ago exclaiming we would receive our entire refund for our trip. I still have called left messages goes directly to voicemail and still no response or reply We simply want rhis to be resolved immediately or have to take further actions never will deal with this travel agency again.

Very disappointed with this business. Me and my wife took time out of our day to set up a first time cruise for our long awaited Honeymoon. We sat with a representative of this company for over a hour. She explained some options and we were very excited but when it came time to get back to us to set up the cruise she failed. Took over a week to get back to us and then she completely had no clue on what we were looking for or the dates we wanted to go on this cruise. After we explained what we wanted and the dates again we never received a reply. I would not recommend this company for your travels.

We initially booked our vacation before covid. We had to re schedule due to covid. Then our original travel agents office closed. It took many months to get our travel credits from Apple vacations straightened out. Due to covid lots of places were working in Uncharted territories. We understood and were patient. Jennifer here at travel cruise and experts is AWESOME! She helped us figure out our credits. She helped us re book our vacation and has even kept in contact with us! We will be using Jennifer again!
