I got a new phone after melting my last one on the pellet stove. Juston was able to transfer everything from my old phone to new phone. He is a great tech. Highly recommend him and his services he provides

What was supposed to be a simple switch of phone service from T-Mobile to Verizon turned into a several day adventure (due to T-Mobile), which took a total of 4 trips to this Verizon store and several hours and work and effort of several guys at this store. Every time we came in we were greeted warmly with smiles and never once felt like we were an issue or headache to deal with. We were helped by Ryan, Joseph, Pedro, Tim, and Martin, all taking their time and showing patience with dealing with T-Mobile. We were in the store long enough to see that this is how they treat everyone that walks in the door, being patient and kind, and taking their time to explain things to the customers they were helping. More businesses need to be this kind and caring. Thanks so much guys!!

I'm giving 5 stars because Anthony was great! This store is understaffed and he didn't complain or whine. He gave us the best customer service, was thorough and kind through the entire process.

Had a great experience! Anthony was great!! I was able to get my problem solved plus some! Really wish I could get ahold of the store by phone though.. otherwise no complaints here! PRO TIP: If you want to wait less schedule an appointment on the website! (:

I initially went in with a major problem on my iPhone 12 and was greeted immediately upon entering. Pedro M and his colleague discovered the cause and corrected it quickly. I then decided to upgrade both the phone as a well as get an Apple Watch. The whole process of upgrading, buying, explanation of new phone features, as well as initial training on the Apple Watch went smoothly, for which I’m very grateful to Pedro for all his help.
