Was charged $40 for a $13 container of laundry soap. When I got home and realized it I called the store, had them pull the receipt and she verified there was definitely something wrong. Told me she would leave my receipt and info for the store manager as I live an hour away and would need time to get back.
Called back to speak with the store manager and he told me unless I came back in two days there was nothing he could do. He was unwilling to hold the receipt until I could get back.

Store is dirty and messy. The glass of the front windows and doors need cleaning. Check out person was very nice. So I would give her 4*'s. The rating above is for the store as a whole.

I liked coming to this store in Pinetop becus I never had a problem with them. Tonight changed, the cashier Aliyah told me I had to leave jus becus I wanted to get my coupons done, but was told to leave becus of my high pitched voice. Refused to give me her name and managers name/number. Very unprofessional and childish act. The other cashier was very helpful, calm and nice to give me information. As far as Aliyah calling her friends when she suppose to be working is very unprofessional, telling them I'm yelling at you... Making ME feel like I'm unsafe. And like the other customers said to you " customers are always right and jus help the women" but no you called the cops whom I explained what happened and they advise come talk to someone more professional!!

If cleanliness is important to you in a store, go to the Family Dollar up the street, in Pinetop! The staff is friendly enough. Just not a very clean store.

630 pm Evening Shift manager on October 21, 2019 at 20 W. White mountain Blvd was rude and talking to friend on work time about personal financial problems about room mate, refused to give her name or even her managers phone number to resolve the problem about my couponing... has no time to call manager but all time to call her friends...
