Unfortunately we were pushed into position to sell the place we loved. Rent increase to what it is today is nuts when there is nothing to offer. New mgmt was offended by prior review about rent increase which impacted sale to multiple buyers. As PT residents the increase, plus charge for water and trash forced us to give up the place we loved.
Very sad to be pushed into position to sell.
Love Show Low, but not mgmt today at Ranchero.

What an upgrade. This place is amazing. Management is awesome as well as maintenance and the people here are so friendly. Everything is always clean and fresh

Very understanding people. I was in a bad mood and left a mean review, they told me to leave (guest not resident). I apologized, offered to continue to leave, and they said I could stay. Sorry again guys.

Lots of improvements going on and it's looking good! Trees have been thinned and cleaned up. Park is all raked up (thanks to Dill) and looks cleaner than ever. Kudos to the new owners for all they're efforts. Nice job with the new sound wall, it looks great!
My favorite place to escape Tucson. Bodie at big lake, he too loves Rancho Mobile home park. Can't wait to get back up to Showlow.

This place is beautiful have good place to hike.
Love it here so much I will come back here I again ❤? I love it because they have great people they speak Spanish ? dog friendly ? They have cabin there beautiful inside 100% clean

Perfect place to stay for couples! Clean and the beds were actually very comfy. Close to lakes and hiking trails. It is close to the highway, but I honestly did not hear much noise at all.

Great place to escape the summer heat, relax or pursue hobbies, enjoy the outdoors with plenty of space surrounded by trees and 3 hiking trails outside your front door.

Very clean RV park. We stayed here during the winter and they did an amazing job keeping the roads clean. The rent is very reasonable compared to other parks but the spaces are pretty small. Having an on site laundry facility was very convenient.
The reason for only 3 stars is the charge alot for electricity. I went from around 80 a month with AC running full time to over 200 here. Also, the electrical do not look very safe or are properly attached and covered. Just a potential fire hazard and safety risk.
