Booking is the hardest part Rachel took a few days to get back to me after leaving voicemail text and email. We had a group of 4 go on a 2 hour ride. Horses were ready on arrival helmets provided. Rachel was friendly and we had a nice conversation the entire ride. Her dog accompanied us also. We passed some creeks easy ride and flat for the most part. The other horses were slower so we had to stop and wait for them to catch up often.

I have been here for tour of the white mountains bike event for the past 7 years. They do a great job every year and always fun an positive. I just miss the firefighter pancake breakfast.

We had a blast on our ride. First time for our 8 year old. He absolutely loved it. Everyone at the stables were very nice and welcoming

This center has it all. An entertainment venue and horse back riding all in the white mountains.
We visited for a short horseback ride. It was my daughter’s second ride and she absolutely loved it. We were able to visit their website and call to make a reservation for our family to ride.
The horses were so nice and mellow. The last few rides I’ve had at other places were a little tough. My horse liked to go off and eat the plants by the trail. But these horses at the Pinetop Lakes Equestrian Center were all so well behaved!
We had a nice ride in the woods and just loved the scenery.
The entire staff were nice and made us feel very comfortable with the horses and the whole experience.
For a fun time in the mountains I highly recommend the Pinetop Lakes Equestrian Center for an hour or more out in nature!

So disappointed in their customer service. I usually don't write reviews but I was upset with the treatment I had to. My family and I were excited to visit this place as we seen all the great reviews online. We signed up for a one hour trail ride to begin at noon. We had time to kill so we waited and looked at the horses.The "guide" comes up and immediately asks my husband how much he weighs in front of everyone else that was waiting there. After disclosing his weight. She immediately responds " nope your to heavy you can't ride. We have a limit. The rest of your family can". I can understand if it's a policy however she could have discreetly discussed between us. But no she decided to shout it out in front of everyone. He was embarrassed and I felt it was so rude so we left before canceling our reservation. We went to Porter Mountain Stables and enjoyed the rest of the day!!
